Her assessment included tips on how to remedy/alleviate the tension in those areas. However, there was minimal talking, only when necessary. Life coaching began with an inventory of where I was and included where I wanted to be, she has helped me make goals and the strategies to use to reach those goals. Coaching included mending a somewhat aging body, currently, I have completed my goal of 30 Pilates classes, and I feel great. I am also getting ready to retire and felt I needed to take this time to plan the next part of my life. It is a big endeavor to build a business in another state. For example she gave me some novel tips on working out the knots myself and even recommended some great affordable yoga places when I mentioned my interest in that. The massage itself was great too with good deep pressure and she hit some spots that most massage therapists in the past haven't gotten as well. I bought a five pack of massages (never expires and can share with your girlfriend/spouse and you save $10 per 60 minute massage over the normal $90) given the great experience.
