3 Month job turned into 13 months and not one room was completed. No communication. Only one…read moreunsupervised worker was left on site after the initial 12 weeks of weekly payments. Everything he did had to be redone. He didn't even glue the drainpipes together. He just stuck them together and sheet rocked over them. The walls had to be cut open to reconnect and glued to prevent leaks. Zack never came out to oversee the project. After a year of promises, we had to contact the granite countertop vendor and pay for granite countertops that were included in his bid, if not, they would have never been put in. That was over $4000. I had to provide a porta-potty because he would not. Workers used our bathroom and it looked like a gas station bathroom after the football bus used it. We gave Zack the chance to finish the job, but no response whatsoever. Paid a total of $106,710 to Zach of all Trades for the project and several thousand dollars paid for material upgrades paid directly to the suppliers. Plus another $4,667 for a housing and storage in addition to the porta-potty because he did not finish the job when he was supposed to. Left undone: 2 crawl space doors glass partition for shower window installation in utility room, bathroom, and bedroom

If you would like to give your money away without a finished product, then this is the guy for you…read more I paid Zack half up front, then "payroll," from January to May. At the end of May, it was nowhere near complete, and his crew stopped showing up except sporadically throughout the summer. In August, I tried to work with him on getting him to finish the work or pay me back the difference for the work that was not completed. He did neither of those things and was threatening to file bankruptcy to keep from having to pay me back. I was left with an addition that is not complete, an access space that is not accessible, a cracking concrete slab, a septic system that is dug up and exposed, a patched up place in my ceiling from one of his guys falling through, and a ton of work left untouched that he was paid in advance to complete.-
