I want to send a HUGE thank you to Stephany for all the assistance she provided me during the horrendous ice storm in March/April 2025. Like many other people in the 10 counties affected by the ice storm, I have livestock that need to be watered, without electricity my well will not work. I have a whole house standby Generac Generator for this reason, but it quit running on day 4. I contacted Dash Electric that day and they recommended a different local company that could fix my Generac. I contacted that company but was able to get the generator restarted so canceled the appointment and notified Dash Electric that it was working again. The Generac quit again 2 days later, and I was not able to get it to restart. I made 4 scheduled appointments with another company over a 3 day period, but they didn't show up for any of them. I contacted Dash again; Stephany remembered me from my first call and knew I have livestock to water. She said she could have a crew at my house within 2 hours to wire a portable Champion 6250 generator directly to my breaker box so I would have whole house electric, and water for my livestock. There was no high pressure to purchase the system which was great she just let me know that this was an option to get my electric working again. I agreed to this arrangement and the crew was there in approximately 1 hour to install the system. The 2 men crew that came to my home were very respectful and professional. They quickly installed the system and explained how to properly use it. Cleaned up and made sure we were all set before they left. I can never thank Dash Electric, Stephany, and the crew enough for helping me get through this situation.
