We contacted Max and he was able to come and help us on short notice. He was able to disconnect the old one and install the new one, which included hardwiring it as there was no outlet. He showed up reliably and on time, and was conscious of how he used materials to minimize cost while achieving a quality outcome. He was quick to point out any concerns, and worked with me to find solutions. Despite being there for the bathroom, Justin went especially above and beyond when he identified a problem with my front door and had it fixed in a manner of minutes.
