Robert came in and suggested he just give us a fixed price (with better fixtures) so there's no confusion. We were fine with that and were pleasantly surprised when his fixed price was at the very low end of the spread we expected. He also had to repair a broken underground line at no added charge and the outcome is better than the original. Robert was great to work with, a very nice guy, and very honest and forthcoming. Because it was electrical in nature and I work in insurance and see a lot of house fires (due to electrical issues), we opted to replace. The process was smooth and the team was amazing. They even brought out a generator so I could hook up my laptop for work. I see a lot of negative reviews and not sure why. Home repairs aren't generally cheap. The tech came to check things out. In less than 5 minutes he told me that a whole system would need to be replaced, but he couldn't give an estimate without a project coordinator. I paid the service call fee (which I think I should be refunded) and sent the inept tech on his way. We got a second opinion. The tech from a different company listened carefully when I explained everything. He did his inspection/diagnostic and after a very thorough assessment, he said that one of our capacitor wires was not connected. He reconnected the wire, also made sure all other connections were correct. NOTHING needs replaced! However, if the first tech wasn't so inept, we wouldn't have found the PERFECT company. Stay away from this place!​​
