I submitted a project through Yelp to have 4 TVs installed. I immediately received a call from…read moreTexan TV Mounting providing more details, and I also requested 2 outlets to be installed. Then they sent a link to their Google reviews which all looked pretty good, so we scheduled. One man arrived at our home to mount 4 TVs and install 2 outlets. We immediately asked about him having someone to help him with the 85" TV to which he informed us that someone else was coming shortly. We walked him through the house to show him where all the TVs needed to be moved to. In the first room, pictured below, I showed him a bookshelf that folded down into a desk and I showed him that the TV needed to be clear of the desk so it could fold down. I opened the desk and we proceeded to mark with a pencil (circled in blue) where we needed the bottom left corner of the TV to be, which gave plenty of space to allow the desk to fold down. He started in the first room and was in there for a while. Then he moved onto the second room and was in there for a little bit and then came out to let me know his partner was on his way to assist with the other two TVs. It was at this point where he told me that unfortunately he would not be able to install the outlets after all, even though he had been in the rooms for a while. So, I checked the first room and immediately tried to open the desk, but was unable to do so, because the TV was mounted in the way. I asked him to fix it and he started working on it. Then he came out and took down the third TV (which was to be moved to another location). A little bit later the second man arrived. They went into the first room where the second man was able to install the outlet like we previously agreed on. Then they moved into the second room to install the outlet there. I checked the first room and the TV was still in the way of the desk. I asked them again to fix it. After they finished with the second room, the second guy moved into the master bedroom and my husband and I went to check on the first room again. It was STILL in the wrong spot. The first man tried pushing it over to the right and my husband told him he was going to have to take it down and fix it. The second guy asked where we wanted the TV mounted and I show him. Then he takes the mount from the living room and mounts in the master bedroom. We get called back into the first room where the TV is finally out of the way of the desk, but just barely and it is nowhere lined up with the marking we made originally. Back in the living room, the second guy told us that the type of TV we bought for the living room typically didn't work with the mount they had and he mentioned that he would have to retrieve a different one. He went back and forth about whether he could have it in 20 minutes or maybe he should come back another day. We were hesitant to accept them coming back another day, they decided to try to get it done the same night. They proceed to take the TV out of the box and all its wrapping. I walk into the master bedroom and see that the TV in this room was mounted so high, that the outlet (and wire/plug) were clearly visible beneath the TV. Not hidden at all like we previously agreed. At this point I asked my husband to have them stop. He agreed to pay them for the work they had completed and had them leave. He Zelled them to the number they provided and it appeared to belong to a valet service. Immediately after they left, I scheduled an appointment with a different company to come back out to re-mount the TVs in the correct location and mount the last TV. When they pulled the TV down in the first room, we realized what kind of damage they did to our wall. I had to pay someone to repair our wall and someone else to actually mount the TV's so I requested a refund. To which they never responded. It was a complete waste of money for them to come out.

After completing the job I submitted pictures and the resident confirmed the job was completed accordingly. Fast forward 3 plus weeks. I have not received a payment for the work completed. I tried reaching out to their HR department multiple times with no answer and no return call. The next day I receive a call from HR and spoke to mike. I explained to him I did not receive payment for work completed. I submitted pictures as well as the work order that was submitted to my email as proof. Mike then sent me a text message with an email link to their Finance department.I then sent an email explaining the above situation. Once again no response. I then demanded that day respond to my email and submit payment for the work order I completed immediately or I would take further action. After that email I then received a response later that day asking me for my zelle information. I then responded and sent my zelle information.And of course the zelle never came. After much frustration I reached out again to their finance department. I asked him where my missing payment was? They then explain to me yesterday that they would send it by the end of the day. Today is Friday May 8th. I have not received any payment. If you operate with integrity and want to protect your business. Stay away from Miracle Pros. They are Just another scam company that takes advantage of its contractors. Also FYI I did a business search in Texas and their LLC came up as not active. Homeowners and contractors proceed with caution!

I found Tech Mounting Pros using Yelp's "Project" feature after needing a handyman to come install…read morea tv to a bedroom wall in my house. The installer was quick to reply to my messages and questions about costs and time of availability. For one 55" TV the flat rate was $120 which seemed reasonable. I already had the TV mount purchased from online, I just needed someone to put it all together. The technician arrived at the specified time and date. He brought his own tools and vacuum to clean up after the work was done. It took about an hour to get it all done. At the end of the day, the tech did what he was hired to do. To get the tv mounted on the wall. However, after he left I turned the tv on and the top left corner had a pretty large dead pixel. One of those created only by applying too much pressure to the display. Most likely occurred during the lifting of the tv. I was proactive about the whole situation, contacted the tv vendor who I purchased the tv from and they were going to send a replacement tv overnight. I reached back out to the tech after the phone call and explained to him that the tv encountered display damage during the installation process. I didn't make a big deal about it, I just asked if he could return later this week to swap the TV's out. He gave me no pushback and agreed to come back when the new tv arrived. The TV arrived a day later than expected and the tech was not available to come by the day it arrived. I was determined to get this over with because I had to return to work the next day and also had to deal with shipping the damaged tv back so I managed to swap them out myself. Although the tech did offer to return to swap the TV's out at no additional cost I didn't get prorated for the subpar service that was done which is fine but next time if a 55" is too big for one person to mount I suggest maybe bringing an extra set of hands for help.
