I gave them a follow up call and got a reasonable quote, and setup an appointment for 9/29. Two people came out and quickly worked to get the fan up though they did need a taller ladder. So, they had to go to get one, but these ceilings are hard to gauge in feet. Upon returning they had the fan up quickly and left. It works great. All I can say is excellent service and excellent knowledge of what needed to done.

The city issued a stop work order and I had to hire a real licensed contractor to recover the job and pull permits, the project was at a standstill for a month. I fired them half way through the bad paint job and they just walked out on the GC today because of their total lack of organization, skill and ability to finish anything. There is no accountability for anything, it's always someone else's fault. Don't let the name fool you. Bad painters, they're not licensed to remodel. Horrible experience.
