During that time, I learned I would be out of town and needed to reschedule. He suggested coming the day before but did not specify a time. Since I was leaving Sunday afternoon, I asked what time he would be by. He then changed his mind and said he didn't need to be bothered rescheduling and would not be returning to finish the job. Based on my experience, you cannot rely on him to complete the work.
