I kept getting responses further from my location or from Hilo and they wanted to charge up to $90 to $120 for travel fee alone. Others told me I had to wait weeks because they were so busy and would TRY to squeeze me in. I recently broke my wrist and the turning on and off of the water behind toilet was getting difficult.
