We had remodeled our home in Felton in 2010. Our two bedroom two bath home was needing an upgrade and John came over, walked through our home, listened to what we were trying to achieve and his ideas and what we got in the end was perfect. One thing I liked was that he wanted us to be around while he was working so that if he had any questions we would be able to help. His work ethic was spot on. Arriving at 8 am everyday working throughout the day with a couple of 15 minute breaks, 30 minute lunch and finished at 4:30 pm to cleanup the job site and leave by 5 pm. Everyday . You couldn't ask for a better work ethic. He drew up basic plans, knows what the building inspectors want and gives you great advice where to buy certain items from plumbing fixtures, doors,lighting and more.
