At the end of the job, the contractor told me how I should fix the stucco and fix the gap because the he "forgot" to buy them from home depot. Also, on top of the installation of door, he charged extra $100 to install the door trim, because it was not part of the deal?!? Since he is in the industry for 18 years, he could have easily priced that accordingly. I only get to know them at the workplace. I had a great experience hiring Eric to install new flooring and replace 90 degree piping into sweeps that was leading to my washing machine overflowing when it drained as the pump seems to have more horsepower than my car. I really appreciated that Eric got the job done in only 2 days, so only one day without hot water as he also removed and replaced (and added a few things to) the hot water heater. He had told us it would be about 5 days, so I really appreciated the underpromising/overdelivering he did. I also appreciated how when the washing machine continued to overflow he kept coming back to adjust the piping. He came back twice and after the second time he told me there must be blockage and that I could either shell out more money or just try to clear it myself, and Eric, if you are reading this, I did it! No more overflow! I ran a snake and used two water bladder things and we can finally run our washing machine without pausing it 5 times as it is draining! :) Also on his 2nd time back I had him install an awning which he did an excellent job with as well. TLDR: If you're looking for a reliable, responsive, and trustworthy team who does great work - pick up the phone and give Eric and his team a call. My wife and I bought a new home last summer with the intention of renovating the entire thing before moving in. While we were in the process of closing, I called a LOT of contractors to come out and give us a quote. Half didn't respond, most that did respond didn't show for our appointments, and the majority of the ones that did gave me insane prices (hey, supply/demand, I get it). Eric came out, showed up on time, gave me a reasonable quote on cost and length for the project, and was very upfront about where we might hit roadblocks, what might cause delays, how my wife/I could speed up the process, what he would do, what he would contract out, and which parts of the project he didn't feel comfortable taking on. His honesty and pictures of his previous work made me confident he was the person we wanted to tackle this huge project with. From the minute we signed the contract he was in constant communication the entire time. Him and his team showed up every day (we weren't living in the home during the renovation but were pleasantly surprised when the neighbors started asking us if they could get his info because they were so impressed with how consistent and professional his team was). Eric came to our house to remove a kitchen cabinet that was preventing us from buying a taller refrigerator. He did a great job, was courteous and professional and friendly. He cut the old crown molding to finish the edge and make it look nicer. Eric also installed the new faucet I had sitting on the counter. I had scheduled a plumber to come the next day to do that plus some other work, but Eric offered to do the faucet since he was there and we could start using our sink again right away. Naturally we paid for this work but it was great to have him able to do it. He also took the old cabinet away for a nominal fee. Eric also recommended a valve replacement for the valves under our sink for our plumber to do later. He did not have the parts for it, but explained why it would be a good idea since we have very hard water and it does a lot of damage to plumbing over time. He also recommended we operate the handles on the water main outside our house every 6 months to keep the mechanism moving freely so it won't calcify and break. Very happy with the work and Eric was very pleasant to deal with. We will paint the empty cabinet space ourselves; that wasn't part of what we asked for. read more

Hired them for two jobs - all turned out disastrous and dissatisfied First job was to put on sealant on bathtubs and shower stand. They didn't scrap off the old layers and just out on sealant. Mold grown horribly under the sealant. See pics. It's disgusting. I couldn't done the work myself 3 brothers did a sloppy job and irresponsible attitude For sure. 2nd job they did was to install a new dishwasher. Water leaked out after minutes it's installed. They blamed the dishwasher was defect. We discovered later the washer wasn't defect. 3 brothers obviously didn't know how to do installation and falsely accuse to get away responsibility.
