There was some confusion at the beginning around scheduling, but once I brought it up, they adjusted quickly. Samuel then took over the project, and that really changed the experience for the better. We also ran into a misunderstanding around the scope of work and an additional cost that initially felt much higher than expected, to the point where I was considering cancelling the project. Samuel took the time to listen to my concerns, work through everything with me, and come up with a fair price. When the final scope ended up being a little less than anticipated, he even reduced the price further, which I really appreciated. When he finishes the job he said is $170, I asked why? He said because I brought you the electrical box that's additional $10. I told him I don't need the box you can take it back (since he want to up charge so much) , he got mad and say don't ever call him in the future for any service. We never wanted him to do the outlet box since the beginning, and he got mad because we didn't want to pay him $10 for this $0.50 electrical box he brought us.
