There were at least 4 workers behind the counter. Yet, no one asked me if I needed any assistance. I was in there for about 10 minutes looking at faucets and then I left. There were 2 workers at the counter while I was leaving. Still nothing. Not a "did you find what you looking for", not a "have a good day", nothing. I was quite disappointed in the experience and wouldn't recommend coming here due to the poor customer service and limited showing of faucets.

I won't use their names but they really don't know what they're doing or how to navigate the Kirkland's website and contact customer service on behalf of a customer. For example, I received a broken vase in the mail. Called customer service and they said if I brought it to the store, they would call them on my behalf and confirm the item was as I said it was received and they would send me a new one vs doing it from home, taking pictures and sending emails. Store associate tells me I have to send pictures and email to Kirkland's customer service. I tried to explain that I came in store to bypass all this but unfortunately I just ended up returning w/o replacement. Another example, a chair was discontinued but I saw similar chair w/ different material. Store associate continuously said that it's the same chair but looks different online but it doesn't make sense since they have two different item #'s??? Employees could use more training!

The Holland Grill company only sells thru retailers but their claim of no flame flair-ups is attractive & true! The cooking style takes a while to get used to because its more like baking than grilling. You measure time and temperature rather than poking or viewing your food to see if it's done. You cannot burn a steak, impossible. You may overcook it but amazingly, it may be well done but still juicy. That's because you cook with the lid down so flavor, steam & juices stay in the food. Their moto is - if your looking, its not cooking! I highly recommend you buy the searing unit. It's easy to install and gives one a traditional open flame grill component. Kinda costly at $1200 for the grill & $450 for the searing unit but fully assembled. USA made! I like the above arrangement very much and am pleased on the purchase. Only downside- costumer service needs to match the excellence of the grill. Very hard to impossible to get a person at the company to call or contact. And my retailer wasn't much help. I guess they're busy welding up grills down there!

Terrible experience, nightmare! It first started with the delivery team almost refusing to deliver…read moremy mattress and base on the delivery date. They were at my door, but refused because it was raining!? After they were forced to turn around, they returned to deliver the mattress and base while damaging my home in the process. Mattress Firm's third party insurance did pay in full for the repair, but there was hassle in finding a repair man for the job. After a month, we discovered that the mattress and defective adjustable base was hurting our backs. I had to call 1-2 times weekly for 2 months to try to see what could be done about the return. The Holly Springs staff did a great job of ignoring me. The manager out of the Fuquay branch was more responsive with helping. However, he required multiple phone calls when I was trying to return my items and almost forgot to process the return before heading out for a trip (probably would have if I did not call multiple times). What shocked me the most about the whole part of this horrific experience is that I never got a call/contact from the regional VP, which is the manager of all mentioned on this review. My request was ignored. You would think after this terrible experience that upper level management would be interested in righting the wrongs. One of the biggest wrongs is stringing along a customer to fatigue them, while knowing they have 120 days to return the product or they will be in a situation with no way to recoup the costs. I had to pay a 20% restocking and delivery fee for the mattress, totaling 600$. Mattress firm did allow me to return my dysfunctional base, but charged me 300$ for this process. I ended up giving this unresponsive, poor customer care company 900$ of my hard earned money. Beware!
