Ryan the Triangle representative gave my contractor the song and dance. My contractor lost money because he had to reschedule workers that were paid and started work before we discovered the discrepency. From what I understand my contractor is still fighting with them over this. Be aware if you deal with Triangle. Beware of the song and dance.

When you do get in touch, they have lots of excuses and very few apologies. After initially installing the wrong shower door, got it replaced 3 months later with the door I actually ordered, only to discover that it's far too heavy for my 90-year-old mother to slide open and closed, and now there's a metal track that she has to step over to get into the shower. When we were picking the shower components, I had a lengthy discussion with Austin about Mom's mobility issues and the need to keep the shower entry as low as possible. I selected the door from a picture, so of course had no idea how heavy it would be or that it would be a trip hazard. It would have been nice if Austin had been knowledgeable enough to have presented me only door choices that would actually meet my mom's needs so that we could have prevented this mess.

They also painted our whole downstairs including baseboards. The only thing we had issues with was miscommunication on our blinds needing to be reinstalled after they took them down to paint. They didn't end up putting them back because they thought we wanted new blinds. But even when we said it was a communication issue they refused to put them up without charging us more, which I didn't appreciate. But otherwise, they're trustworthy and do quality work. Just make sure you are detailed with what is on the contract lol.
