Since then, he has rescheduled appointments 4 times. Excuses have been, dropped the glass had to reorder, went on vacation, was busy, cant afford to replace the glass. He has now stopped replying to my text messages. Looks like im out of $250 from this scam artist. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Very unreliable.

He told my husband to fix it himself. Quite shocked my husband then sent 2 e-mails asking him to please make arrangements to come back to repair what he did wrong. Pete never returned any messages. Once he gets paid he's gone. He doesn't stand by his poor workmanship at all. It's on you. Buyer beware!

It was so bad and driving me crazy. This job was too small for others I contacted or they couldn't get to it for weeks. I called Homesource and Mark set up an appointment in just a few days. So affordable too. Mark replaced the hinges which helped immensely. That was the first of a two-part great job. After he left the door jamb started making cracking (?) sounds when opened and closed. I contacted Mark again and he and Nick showed up and fixed the issue for good.
