In any event, warranty or not I think the images and the fact that multiple areas of water intrusion are occurring within two years of installation speaks clearly about the craftsmanship provided by this company. Perhaps they sent the "B Team" because they knew the house was on the market when they installed the roof and they would wash their hands of the lack of quality upon sale? Pretty wild. And just for the record, I'm a lifelong Florida resident who is quite aware of the weather the roof has been exposed to. Absolutely no weather-related damage occurred...these were installation defects as pictured. Wind and rain didn't leave a litany of exposed nails. That's craftsmanship, or more accurately lack of craftsmanship that has been compounded by lack of accountability. You're correct though, Nobody wants to work for free. That's why people strive to provide quality the first time and if a mistake or oversight occurs, they make good on their obligation to provide a quality product. Your family owned business is harmed not by 1 star reviews. It is harmed by 2 year old roofs you install springing multiple leaks. And I haven't taken the time to leave this review with the hope you'd make good on your obligation. I'm writing this so families are aware when spending 10's of thousands of dollars that they can reasonably expect two problem free years before multiple areas begin leaking. Maybe they'll even be lucky and the warranty expectation will be honored and they'll get to play whack-a-mole with roof repairs until they give up and pay 10s of thousands of dollars more for a complete reroof. What a headache. If you see a red truck, you may just be outta luck. Read the (up until this point nonexistent) fine print!

I chose Westfall because I had 2 coworkers that had used them for their roofs and said great things about their work and they have a platinum rating...The process was very simple and they emailed me updates on the process of my work order and building permit. David the project manager was very helpful and communicative about the project..My biggest concern was to get the roof off and have a rain storm but David assured me that they work in sections to prevent that. The day of the roof removal and installation a crew of 7 arrived and immediately went to work, these guys worked nonstop for 13 hours finishing the second floor roof and porch roof.It was super impressive. David checked the weather and had the crew delay the next day start for the first floor roof because of a rain storm in the morning..After the storm, the crew completed the job...I highly recommend this roofing company . Also they cleaned up the entire yard throughly...

I know so many people that have used Westfall Roofing due to their exceptional reputation and they have all been very happy so I did not hesitate to call them. Cameron got us an estimate almost immediately and was very good about promptly answering any questions we had. I was very happy with his service and the line of products and colors they offered. Since I'm a realtor, I was also happy to learn that they offer financing for those that might need it and delayed payment for Sellers whose homes are under contract that require a roof replacement prior to closing. Westfall was scheduling pretty far out. I expected that since they have such a good reputation and are so popular. But they ended up being able to complete the roof much sooner than expected. We were given a list of things to do to prep and protect our personal belongings around our home. Materials were delivered a day or two before. Then they carefully covered the areas close to our home with tarps before they started on our roof. By the end of the day, you never would have know anyone had completed such a large project that day. Everything was totally and completely cleaned up and we had a new roof in one day! A complimentary wind mitigation inspection was completed soon thereafter and so we are hoping for a future little discount on our homeowner's insurance. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Cameron and the rest of the Westfall team!
