Several times I waited for contractors that failed to show up. I still have unresolved issues that after 9 months of trying to get some simple things done with their service people I gave up and contracted myself. I paid up front for the whole year as they gave a discount, however after about 6 months I stopped giving them new business and hoped they would resolve the outstanding issues. Two simple items: repairing sprinkler system and repair or replace gas fireplace, after dozens of emails and phone calls and promises both issues were never solved. They are very timely on their billing though. I was really sad this did not work out, I can't in good conscious recommend this service to anyone.
