I booked through YELP. He was on time and explained that in his professional opinion it would be best to snake it from the roof and then follow with jetting it all the way to the street. He was on the roof for an hour in 100° heat. He ran a camera through when he was finished and showed us the clean pipes and the grease blob that had caused the blockage. The drain is now clean of grease, not just a hole punched through the clog. Clean. His price for snaking, jetting and running the camera in was less than what Roto Rooter charged to just snake the drain. I recommend Alex 110%.
