I always wanted a place outside to have some friends over. I had a general idea what I wanted. Tim implemented my ideas and his, made a sketch, and start working. He was fast!!! and it came out just amazing!!! look at the pictures. There is an outdoor sink with running water and sewer, he did all the plumbing. There is a grill place with a hidden propane tank just bellow, and a propane stove next to it for outdoor cooking. There is also a build in a cooler area for beverage. He coved it up with a perfect tile that made it fit just perfect. Although the scope of work was huge. He just make it look easy.. I definitely recommend him. read more

This handyman should never be allowed to work in any capacity. I hired him to pressure clean, paint a railing, and repair a small front porch ceiling. He charged a fee ($1150) via an emailed invoice, with all items listed. He completed some of the work, so I paid the invoice. the nest day I get a call at work that he ran into problems, and will need to charge more. I was annoyed, but I said ok. He then had more problems, and said it would cost even more. At this point I am getting suspicious, but I cant really do anything, as he isn't giving me specifics, other than the material is "wet". He finally finishes the project, and sends me another bill for $2550, due in 30 days. I could not believe it went from $1150 to $3700!!!! This was supposed to be such a simple job, and this guy had no clue how to do it, and he charged me for his ineptitude. I was still going to pay it, since even though he didn't tell me he was charging me $95 an hour, I did agree for him to complete the job. But, I went to the home to check the work, and I was disgusted...He pressure cleaned the driveway and patio floor, but not the walls (he told me the paint would peel, but anyone knows you just use less pressure...idiot), He painted the front of the railing, but not the sides or the back (so he did 25% of that job), there was paint and drywall mud all over the walls and window and floor, and old paint was chipped off and left all over the patio and in the flower bed. I later saw that he put paint and trash into my trash bin, that is now completely white with paint and other crap that he put in there, without asking, and without using a trash bag. Also got paint on my light fixtures, and tried telling me it was already there prior to him painting, but I looked at pics that he sent me prior to him doing the work, and there was no paint there. This guy just continued to lie to me from day one, over charge, and not even do the work agreed to. He has since put a lien on my home that I am trying to sell, even though I have a month to pay, because I told him I wasn't paying since the job wasn't done to my satisfaction. He is dishonest, lazy, and will leave your worksite looking worse than when he arrives. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! HE goes by Tim, or Tamir. He also has another review in the past year with the exact same issues that I have. He is a repeat offender, and will continue to rip people off if he has the chance. read more

We needed someone to install two fluorescent light bulbs in our Laundry Room with a high ceiling. I reached out to three handymen and Handyman ProT responded immediately. I told him what we needed. We had the ladder and the two lights. He said he would come down personally. He was here and done in 10 minutes and did not charge us. My father gave him a tip anyway. I needed someone to help me mount my TV to a wall that had concrete block behind it and I didn't have the right tools myself, plus what if the TV fell? Handyman ProT was very responsive, friendly, and finished the job with great attention to detail. TV and mount looks great, very clean work.
