Availability: Turnover is huge. I have to assume that they have no standard cleaning procedures because the cleaning was uneven and I always had to go over my expectations each time. I was with 2 gals for one year and seldom got the same cleaners twice. I came home 30 minutes prior to their departure every time and with few exceptions, my cleaners were always gone. I even said to some of them, " If you run out of things to clean, please do this...." My floors were not even moped last time nor were my toilets especially clean. Dusting? hmmm, maybe.
