They allowed 22 people in over 15 minutes because the house is "packed" and at 8:45, there is still a long line. The house is empty, pictures attached. Clearly, they have not attended very many estate sales in the area if they think it's "packed". Additionally, when questioned about how long we would be waiting because people were leaving and they weren't letting anyone else in, they had no answers to what a "safe" number of people was while being condescending.
