You stated, "all of our client communication is handled via email, which is outlined in our consignment agreement." The consignment agreement that we have did not state that all communication is handled via email. The agreement itself does not even have an email address on it. We did send you multiple emails though and did not receive one reply from you from those emails as we stated in our original review. 2. You stated, "We provided a free pick-up and transport of your items from Kingsburg as a courtesy and at no cost to you." Yet you charged us almost $700 for pickup and transport of our items. I don't consider that free. 3. You stated, "consign your forklift through our auction -- and after it was already listed and sold -- you chose to sell it independently." When we called you and said that we would like to sell it. You told us there was no problem with us selling it and never said anything about having sold it. Please reply to our emails so we can address these issues and the others we have stated in our multiple emails to you.

I…read morebought LVP flooring at Burgos tile in 2021 and Alex was very helpful, a little pushy when he saw I was hesitant to buy , however I liked the material so I bought it and he told me he could use his "people" and subcontracted out to different people for the demo, installation etc. When the flooring was done I liked it however there was minor things that needed to be touched up like some caulking. I called him twice and he never returned my phone call. I no longer was a priority after I paid him. I started having issues with my flooring as well last year , the floor was lifting and material breaking in many areas after a few years . I called him and he would not talk to me he said I will call you back and would not call me back. I continued to call a few days later and explained what my issue was ,he was very short and rude did not want to help me . I was trying to get warranty information but he did not want to help and ended up telling me off and cursing at me very badly saying my floor was messed up because "I was walking on it ". I was in shock at his behavior. After this I decided to try to repair myself since he was unwilling to provide good customer service to a customer who trusted him. I recommended friends to him and they had the same issue with their floor. The issues I was having was with the installation not being done adequately, a lot of cutting corners from the beginning . Alex charges you a big fee and pays the subcontractors pennies so you don't know what you're going to get. This is not good business, and he is only concerned about his personal profit. Trust me Alex is helpful in the beginning when he wants your business but if you have any issues after you pay him he will not help you. I spent a lot of $$ and expected a better outcome a lifetime warranty floor turned into 4 years . Do not buy from Alex or use him for installation on LVP learn from this information you will save yourself a lot of $$, time and headaches.

We were interested in two pieces, but we did finally make a decision and we ended up coming back for the piece that we wanted yes it was pricey, but it's beautiful and it's worth it. She had it delivered to our home and we kind of got everything for the wall unit for our store and she has very cute items. I mean things you cannot find anywhere but they have great customer service and actually the owner works there so you know she's gonna and I didn't even know until I asked her for her name at the end and she said Janine and I said wait a minute the owner she's like yeah I said oh wow but she was very helpful. She switched up the items in the unit with no hesitation no complaints and she helped me decorate it well anyways now it's sitting in my home beautiful peace and I do highly recommend if you're looking for quality. She has some great pieces of furniture in her store that are beautiful and I highly recommend great customer service a little on the high-end on the prices, but you get what you paid for. CONSUMER CAUTION We purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and…read moreadjustable base from this store in May/June 2025 for approximately $5,000. Our written sales contract included a $500 bedding accessory credit. As of December 16, 2025--over seven months later--we have still not received all accessories owed to us under that agreement. Since the purchase, we have contacted the store multiple times seeking fulfillment. We were given inconsistent explanations, including that items were sold out, already shipped, or should have already been received. The contract does not limit or define how the accessory credit must be used, and the written restrictions were disclosed to us at the time of sale He also did not put the amount next to each accesory item youre supoose to be getting so, Im not sure if youre getting the full $500. In November 2025, after continued follow-ups, we went into the store in person. We declined used demo items after the 6 mo of no product and failure to deliver and instead selected two new Tempur-Pedic pillows for him to repurchase. We received an "invoice" and were told the items would be delivered to the store and then hand-delivered due to prior delivery issues. As of today January 2026, those pillows and additonal acessories have still not been delivered. Imagine that. Based on our experience, we believe consumers should proceed with caution. In our opinion, it should not take months of repeated follow-ups to receive items that were contractually promised and paid for. The ongoing delays and shifting explanations raise concerns about reliability, follow-through, and customer accountability. Consumers may wish to be aware that under California consumer protection laws, businesses are generally required to: -Deliver goods as promised -Avoid misleading representations -Fulfill contracts within a reasonable timeframe. IMO The furniture deal fails to do all. You really cant please everyone, especially when this is your conduct. In researching this issue, I became aware through publicly available court records that this business/owner has previously been involved in lawsuits related to customer disputes. While others may have had different experiences, this information combined with my own, causes concern for future consumers.

We were told we would get it a week after purchasing it. The communication has been a 0/10. My calls go straight to voicemail. My text messages always go unresponded. In the rare cases I get a response it's always an excuse then promising it will come next week. But then when next week comes around and we get let down again our furniture is still not coming. We STILL have not received our furniture. And I have no idea when or if I'll hear from the owner again now that the business has moved locations.
