Wait time - it was one hour until someone told us it was ready to come out in a couple of minutes..... then it actually was another 30 minutes or more later, during which the waiter avoided us like the plague until we flagged him down and asked when our food would be out, then another ten minutes after that. After reading reviews, it would seem that the time deception is a sanctioned tactic. Finally, after going to the car, retrieving an old checkbook, and writing a check with a generous tip in spite of the deficiencies, we politely expressed that they should publish their payment policy and how wait time was misrepresented. Received a very curt response. Left an honest comment on the community fb page and was threatened, cursed, and called every name in the book by most of the friendly "locals." But hey, social media, right? The rudeness on a busy day could have been easier to forgive if everything else had been five star, but the food really isn't worth the price and the wait.
