They started as just my provider, but quickly became the go-to for my whole family. I started coming here after a couple of doctors handled my miscarriage in the most cold, dismissive way possible. Bella respects the dignity of human life, and it's clear in every visit. They were wonderful for my rainbow pregnancy and are very attentive to my child. Yes-- they are some services they don't provide, and I'm not sure why that's not 100% disclosed on their site. However, this is the only office like this around Denver, and I'd argue that if this isn't your thing, you have many options, whereas someone like myself only has Bella. Thank you to all the people who make this place so warm.

Said as a social worker, this is no small feat, especially for a primary and specialty care clinics. Wow. What office do you know that also has an outdoor patio for you and its staff? When you take care of your people, the people take good care of the clients. So easy, but so hard for so many businesses to truly grasp. Not Bella, though. My visit was almost like meeting a new friend. Everything was laid back, while being professional and focused, but not cold and sterile like you'd expect with a doctors office. Can't wait to return. Who says that, lol. Def book an appt if you're looking for a new way to care for yourself. I'm still so impressed.

We have always felt we have been given the medical resources and wisdom from the practitioners to ensure a healthy and mindful course of action for treatment and prevention. When health care providers walk alongside you and your family and provide you with actual resources/studies/classes, it empowers the patient-family to take responsibility for their health and trust their intuition. We appreciate this about the providers here. This practice is an integrated approach as the name states. We have felt supported, listened to & have been given research (backed by scientific evidence) that fits any questions we may have about courses of action. Each child is unique and each family very different and this perspective is well in place here. Ive never felt short of being provided materials to help me make informed decisions and have always felt the space is comfortable (& comforting when in crisis!) for us to have open conversations/discussions on various topics (so helpful for first time parents!) We have felt like we are "part of the family" here...open, honest, genuine, wise, the list goes on!

I have left one other negative review in my entire life vs hundreds of positive reviews. I am a clinic assistant manager of a family practice in Aurora CO and deal with pediatric clinics every day and have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism and terrible attitudes as I have here, but I just had to warn people who care about reviews (because when it comes to your children you should) do not bring your children here. if they treat the parents this way imagine how your children will be treated. I was extremely polite the phone calls are recorded but because Jen(a co-owner) is friends with her "co-owner" (who's name they refused to give, who clearly is very upset with working in her line of work and should choose a different career) she would not listen to the call. Please let me save you the time, do NOT go to this clinic. We have to be very selective when it comes to people who treat our children and these are not people you want handling any kind of care regarding your kids, I promise. They will laugh at you, be extremely rude because they do not like their jobs for absolutely no reason and condescending as well. Horrible experience. -100/10. Find a different clinic for yours and your child's sake.

She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns without ever making us feel rushed. She has a wonderful way of connecting with both kids and parents, making every visit a positive experience. Over the years, she has consistently provided exceptional care, and I have complete confidence in her recommendations and expertise. It's such a comfort knowing my children are in such capable and caring hands. We are incredibly grateful for everything Dr. Haynes has done for our family. Lone Tree Pediatrics is fortunate to have her!

A MUST READ -- BEWARE…read more I will absolutely be sharing this experience publicly and warning other parents. I am disgusted by the treatment we received from this office. In my opinion, the practice seems far more focused on enforcing its policies than actually listening to parents or addressing individual concerns. My experience started last year with now-retired Dr. Taoka. Before we moved away (we are now back in Colorado), she was also pushing a vaccine schedule for my baby daughter. As any caring and responsible parent would, I had questions. Instead of helping me feel informed or even attempting to answer concerns, I felt dismissed and was essentially told we would need to go elsewhere if we did not follow their exact vaccine schedule. The ironic part? We DO vaccinate our children, and always have. However, we have always chosen to space vaccines out. We do not do 4-5 vaccines in one visit. That has never been an issue for us anywhere else until now. Fast forward to today. We received two text confirmations for today's appointment and multiple calls from the office confirming the visit. During those conversations, I explained all of my concerns ahead of time, updated paperwork, completed the ASQ, and made it very clear that I primarily wanted my daughter evaluated by a doctor first because, with Dr. Taoka gone for the past several months and now retired, my daughter has not actually been seen by a physician at this practice. Then this morning, the office called saying my daughter could not come in because she was "too early" for vaccines and would need to wait until next week. I called back and explained we were not even planning to vaccinate today because we first needed a doctor to evaluate her and answer questions we had. I was then told that was completely fine, and that we could schedule any vaccines later as a nurse visit after vacation. That was communicated multiple times. Then around 1 PM, we received ANOTHER call -- this time from Zoe, who identified herself as the office manager -- and the conversation completely changed. She told me that Dr. Lindsey Oliver, D.O., wanted my daughter to receive five vaccines at once and that if we came in, we needed to agree to follow that vaccine schedule. Again, this was before the doctor had ever met or evaluated my daughter. I explained that our children have never received that many vaccines at once and that we have always chosen to separate them. For example, if MMRV is needed, we do that individually and continue from there. The entire reason we wanted this appointment was so a doctor could FIRST meet my child, hear our concerns, and discuss options with us. Instead, I felt pressured, dismissed, and spoken to with a surprisingly hostile tone. I was basically told that if we did not agree with their approach, we should find another practice. So yes -- we absolutely will. Parents deserve to ask questions without feeling threatened or pushed out of a practice. Whether someone fully vaccinates, spaces vaccines out, delays them, or follows a different schedule entirely, parents should be able to have respectful conversations with their child's doctor without being made to feel bullied or unwelcome. To be clear: I am not anti-vaccine. My children ARE vaccinated. But medical decisions for my children will always involve informed consent, discussion, and parental choice. My personal experience with Lone Tree Pediatrics left me feeling unheard, pressured, and extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled -- especially by management and communication staff. I'm sure the office will have its own version of events, but this was my family's direct experience. I even deleted a previous negative review last year because I wanted to give the practice another chance after moving back. Unfortunately, today confirmed for me that returning was a mistake. Parents: do your own research, read reviews carefully for this practice (you will see similar patterns) , ask questions, and trust your instincts when it comes to your children. ALWAYS.
