They would push the flu shots and all others even after bringing up concerns of my son's toe walking, textile issues and light sensitivity. I was gaslit w/ "he's normal", "normal" to who? the 1/12 boys? I even expressed concerns over the HPV shot, and they gave it to him anyways. I hope w/ all the studies coming to light, CC Pediatrics will maybe look into these studies and at least space out or delay all these shots. For the sake of our children, please practice functional medicine, not Rockefeller Big Pharma Medicine. read more

Fast forward to our office visits, and the entire team has been nothing short of amazing. The NPs? Absolute lifesavers for all those "I know this is probably fine, but what if it's not?" moments of new parenthood. The office staff are fantastic with scheduling, insurance questions, and general friendliness. And the lactation consultants are game-changers. Susan is so kind, so thoughtful and checks in over text like a best friend who actually knows what she's talking about. If you're looking for a pediatrician's office that is not only top-notch medically but also fully understands (and tolerates) the rollercoaster of new parenting, this is the place. read more

I love Cherry Creek Pediatrics. They have been taking care of my baby since he was born. I was able to meet a couple of doctors while I was in the hospital. They were all great and we stuck with the one doctor we liked the most. It really feels like they care for each patient that walks in and has the time to answer my question. I really like that their office has a newborn suite, makes me feel much better taking my newborn in. Plus the suite isn't usually packed so we are able to go to a room right away which is great for when I need to breastfeed. read more

I don't recommend this place primarily due to the waiting times. We have come here over the years - luckily only for annual checkups, but each time there is a long wait. Sadly this place feels to me a bit like a factory; it is large, rather impersonal, service isn't great, and the ambiance is not warm. There have been times that we had to wait for over 30 minutes. The doctor who helped us was nice and kind and appreciated my concern on the waiting times. read more

Just want to put out there a recommendation for a 5-star pediatrician experience- Dr. Ali Russell with Cherry Creek Peds. As a Mom, but also a psychologist specializing in eating disorders/body image issues, I left my daughter's last appt so relieved and hopeful hearing how she talked to my daughter (just turned 6yo for reference) about her body, food, exercise, etc. It was so refreshing and encouraging to watch her so naturally help shape a lens of acceptance and inclusivity for all bodies, as well as what "health" actually looks and feels like for her- something so important to nail with young kiddos early on. Couldn't be happier with this practice- all the providers have been truly wonderful for our kids/family! read more

I am just adding to the comments about the front desk being rude and unhelpful. I can't say anything about the doctors/pedatricians, who sound wonderful. Scheduling a well-child appointment was so difficult. I was informed I needed to check my own insurance to see if my plan was covered by their office. When I told the receptionist that I found their office through my insurance's website (so they are in-network), she told me I still could not schedule an appointment until I verified my insurance was covered. She said that this was something their office could not do. Then I read the other reviews on Yelp and have decided not to take my child here as it sounds like scheduling will be a headache as well as all future encounters with the front desk. Not worth it. My previous pediatrician's office was so smooth, easy and pleasant. read more

I understand times have been tough, Covid, RSV, short staffs, but a little bit of kindness, compassion and cheer could go along way. She is extremely knowledgable, thoughtful, and has excellent communication skills. In addition to Dr. Andrew's outstanding care, the office staff has been equally supportive of our family. Alex, in the front desk has been an relentless advocate for our daughter with navigating insurance referrals. Took my 3 day old baby to CCPeds. A cheap thermometer and inaccurate temp read (and aggressive bullying by Nurse Tara) forced us to Children's Hospital for a day long ordeal, only to find out that my infant was completely healthy and had a normal temperature reading. ER doctor said Cherry creek pediatrics should invest in medical grade thermometers, not $5 ones from Walgreens. And on top of that, the ER doctor said any medical professional should have tried another thermometer (or two) before sending an infant to the ER. Tara was aggressive, enfantalizing and demeaning throughout the entire visit. Amazingly judgmental for someone who has no kids herself. read more

5 stars is not enough. These people have been in my life for 13 years now, since my oldest son was only 2-yrs-old. We have always received quality, thoughtful care. Originally we liked that their waiting room has separate waiting areas for sick vs well patients as well as a waiting area for those with newborns. We have never, ever waited more than 5 minutes and the staff is kind and thorough. We began seeing Dr. Matt Dorighi (whom we adore) in 2004. He had a fantastic bedside manner with both of my sons, who were infants/toddlers at the time and Dr Dorighi is still at this practice today! But the real test for us came in 2007, when we found ourselves preparing to move across the country. 1 week before we were moving, my oldest son (who was 5 at the time) suddenly began having a strange, but non-emergent, health issue. After calling CCP for advice on what had been happening, Dr. Mathie squeezed us in AFTER CLOSING TIME that same day! After observing the behavior she recommended some testing at Children's to rule out the more serious possibilities, which included seizures or a brain tumor. Those are really scary words and we were completely terrified. Appointments at Children's for the needed tests (EEG, MRI, etc.) were being scheduled weeks out, and following normal processes would've taken 6-8 weeks to complete all testing. But we only had 6 days before we were scheduled to move and I was blunt with Dr Mathie: "If there's a chance my son has a brain tumor, we aren't going anywhere." Our entire support system was in Denver. Long story short, Dr Mathie personally worked with Children's to have our testing completed *and* analyzed in only 6 days! Fortunately, these tests ruled out the serious, super-scary possibilities enough for us to feel comfortable proceeding with our move. A few years ago we returned to Denver and, happily, to CCP as well! We primarily see Dr Jaspar Hillhouse now who also is 100% incredible! Super down-to-earth, understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. I love how he talks to my sons, who are now 15 and 12, rather than to me! Bottom line, I hope you never, ever experience a scare like we did with your own child. But God forbid you do, you want THESE doctors on your team. I am convinced they will do everything in their power - and then some! - to help you. I can not possibly recommend this pediatric group highly enough! read more

We take both of our children to see dr Jody Mathie and she is simply the best. She is very personable and takes great care of our kids. Our newborn son was recently in the hospital and Jody would call us off of her personal cell 2-3 times a day just to check in/give us updates. All nurses and assistants have been good to us. Appointments are a little behind schedule sometime but completely worth it because they build good relationships with their patients. We couldn't imagine bringing our kids anywhere else. read more

Our daughter has has a fever for 2 days, and has been out of it today. We went there 2 days ago and did not get any help. We went back again today, and asked them not to weigh our daughter because she was stressed and was just weighed 2 days ago. They forced us too, and it took us an hour to get her at all calm. Shameful. The doctor called to check up, while our daughter was sleeping, but she woke up 10 minutes later screaming her head off. I called back. I was refused even being able to give a message to the doctor who saw her today. Very shameful. As far as I can see, this practice does not even meet the Hippocratic Oath, let alone a parent's wishes. read more

Previously have taken our daughter to this network. We were happy. But today I called and asked for an appt for my girl to be seen due to the rash on her arms. Today is June 15, 2020. She stated due to Covid, the office is not scheduling sick appts. Only annual well being visits. For vaccines and such. Hmmmm really? Why I asked. Her response, to keep things safe. Ut is June 15. Businesses are starting to open. Sick children need to see doctors. I was told that my option was a zoom meeting with the doc. Keep in mind the doc is not seeing the rash on zoom. I am super disappointed. Sure enough I called my other practice, holistic nurses, and I was able to grab an appt for tomorrow. read more

I can't say enough about how great it's been working with all the staff at Cherry Creek Peds. While we typically see one medical provider, we've seen others due to urgent needs or specialization and for the most part we've been really happy with everyone we've worked with. We actually had a baby just before the global pandemic took hold in the States so bringing a newborn into a medical office could have been really concerning but through this past year both for well-child and sick-child visits, I have felt so comfortable with the protocol Cherry Creek Peds has instituted. We've been on Zoom "visits", parking lot "visits" and actual in-office visits and it's all felt very safe. I'm happy to feel like my children are still getting the quality care they need during all of this craziness. Thank you! read more

Heard really positive reviews of Dr. Jasper. We have a newborn on the way and we're considering this practice for our child. TERRIBLE front office staff. We are likely not coming back and will need to find another pediatrician. Pretty sure we witnessed a HIPAA violation this morning. Front office staff members were talking out loud about a patient who was concerned about her child. They were MAKING FUN of the patient for being too worrisome about her child's sickness. We were in the lobby waiting for them to pull us back and heard the whole thing. Very unprofessional. Definitely a no-no when you know you have potential clients in the waiting room in earshot, but honestly in general I don't know if I want our daughters health, or our parenting, to be talked about in such a manner in front of other patients. It is frustrating to log on to yelp and see previous reviews saying the same thing about front office. I don't know how their practice administrator hasn't done something about this. read more
