Labels included Ella Moss, 4 Love and Liberty, Michael Stars and many more. This was my first experience with Ella Moss clothing and I was pleasantly surprised with the cut, fit, style, plus silk fabric of the dresses. The Georgia Dress in Cayenne and the Aura Short Sleeve Dress in Hunter were my favorite purchases. Dorrie, the owner, helped me tremendously, suggesting items and bringing them to my dressing room so I would not need to re-dress. This is the way shopping should be done. It was especially helpful when I needed to try a different size. I am positive this is why I was able to find so many outfits in a short amount of time. The only downside is that the owner wasn't very friendly, and the other woman working didn't really love helping customers. The owner was busy working in the back room, with baby gate to keep her dog in the back, some people don't love that, but it didn't bother me. But a few times the employee needed to ask the owner a question about a different size, etc. The owner really acted like it was a burden to have to answer these questions. I was told by both of them a few times that they were named number one business for 17 years in a row, or something like that. That's a terrific honor, but I did not feel like the customer service lived up to what I was hoping for.
