In the middle of buying a new home, my wife and I ran into issues with a previous years tax filing. I tried contacting the IRS myself to resolve it. But due to the Covid-19 pandemic most IRS field offices are closed temporarily. With the prospect of falling out of escrow, my friend suggested I call Jyoti at AGI. I was pretty much in full panic mode. She calmly and clearly advised me of my options and offered a few suggestions.
