She immediately understood my vision for both my makeup and hair. Booking was simple, and her pricing is very reasonable. On the big day, Sandy arrived on time (actually a little early) which I really appreciated since I didn't want to feel rushed. I've heard punctuality can be rare in the makeup world, so this was a huge plus. She is so sweet, and it genuinely felt like we were old friends catching up while she helped get me ready for my special day. She made me feel absolutely beautiful, and that confidence really shined through in our elopement photos. I'm so happy I found her. Highly recommend!

You know how some hair places, you go in and say "I want it bleached white-blonde, I mean WHITE…read moreblonde, and also the left side permed and dreadlocked and the right side with an Elder Sign shaved into it"? And then you walk out and they've given you a half-head of golden-blonde highlights? This place is not like that. They will give you exactly the style you ask for, and if it doesn't work out the first time, they'll try again. This isn't to say that the salon is only for people who have insane 80s hair fetishes. It's also good for those who have relatively normal hair but who are looking for hairdressers that actually *listen to what their customers say* rather than choosing from their range of three styles that they learned in hairdresser school in the late nineties. The girls here not only take you seriously, they know what they're doing. Emily especially is like a hairdressing Yoda; you will not go wrong with her.

I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. In my opinion, the staff were unprofessional…read moreand lacked the skills needed to consistently provide quality hair services. On multiple occasions, my hairstyle did not turn out as requested, and when I raised concerns or asked for a refund, I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I was also unhappy with the customer service. Instead of acknowledging mistakes, staff members often insisted that the result was exactly what I had asked for, which was frustrating. During appointments, there was a lot of gossip and discussion of other people's personal business, which created an unprofessional atmosphere. When I was a regular customer, my scalp frequently became red and irritated after services, raising concerns about the techniques and products being used. I was also disappointed by the limited selection of hair-care products available. Additionally, I found the clothing sold in the shop to be low quality for the prices being charged. Overall, I would not recommend this salon based on my personal experience.
