We chose him because of how clearly he talked the details, from paint chemistry for a salt air climate to the right way to replace those old cedar shingles. Over the 3 - 4 week project, Omar and his crew invariably left the place immaculate, no clutter, no mess. The answer to nearly ever request was "Yes, we can do that." While they are not cheap, the tab for all of the extras we asked for was fair. And we have no doubt that the work will hold up very well. I had a quote in hand from a contractor we knew, thought it might be high so I started looking at other options. Tried to get multiple quotes from local Gilroy painters, only Tim responded and he also did excellent follow-up. Work was done very professionally; they spent a great deal of time pressure washing the trim and also cleaned the stucco exterior walls as well! Prep work done correctly is clearly very time consuming and Tim's crew was very careful to mask off and protect the areas not being painted. I think they must have used a ton of caulking as there were weathering and expansion cracks and gaps to be filled in the wood everywhere. Work was completed on 11/5/2021, looks incredible !
