I will be driving to Silvis for all of my John Deere needs from now on. They are so much nicer and more pleasant to work with. If you aren't buying a combine or large tractor then Aledo doesn't want your business because they can't make enough commission off of that. Update: They have since implicated a training exercise based on my experience yesterday from my point of view. Not just this location but all over and are trying to advance their customer service skills. I'm still not going to give them 5 stars though based strictly on an email. The experience I went through did happen and needs to be shared to make sure they do follow through with their word and don't fall back into their old ways.

He immediately offered a solution and as we talked through the details, he offered to drive out to the church to assist. Let me repeat that, he offered to go to the church. He loaded tested the battery, did a once-over of the electrics on his own. In the end, we got it back to running inside 15min. Beautiful words for a day I did not want to mow in the heat of the day with a 30" walk-behind vs the church's 72" rider. I was very impressed and thankful for the help. I'll be back.

Further, not only is this company horrible to work for, they also serviced all their customers, Illinois and Iowa, in the year of 2024 WITHOUT proper licensure. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, as they will never take accountability they can avoid. Additionally, the way the salesman refers to his customer's contracts to his employees is abhorrent. I strongly recommend seeking ANY other lawn care company, as they will likely be cheaper, while simultaneously providing significantly better quality than All Green.

I hired these folks to bring in dirt, grade my yard, dig a rock bed/add rock, lay a landscape…read moreedging stone and hydro seed. They did none of it correctly. Left a larger gap under my fence than it began with, didn't dig the rock bed in at all, put the fill rock into the area before putting in edger, and claim they hydro seeded 6 hours before a heavy rainfall (ground never had the turquoise hydro seed color) and then gave me watering instructions with weather getting air temp colder than freezing. I counted on their expertise on growing my grass and instead just wasted my money. However- i may have bd up growing grass on my fence and house because of how they covered everything that WASNT dirt with hydro seed. We have placed over 15 phone calls to the company and we've received no response but my credit card was quickly charged while not making return calls. I am currently in process of filing suit for this terrible display of knowledge and professionalism. I have to hire it redone completely and now get someone to Powerwash my home and windows.
