My wife and I retained Mr. Hanlon and his associates at Hanlon Law Group, PC to assist us with obtaining a green card for our son/stepson Thomas. Hanlon Law Group was extremely efficient during the entire undertaking and obviously had the fine points of US Immigration Law down cold. The process was very smooth and resulted in Thomas receiving his green card within a couple years of the initial application. Later, when the appropriate period of time had passed since the issuance of his green card, Hanlon Law Group contacted Thomas and advised him that if he wished to apply for US citizenship he could. Thomas decided he wanted to do this. Once again, the process was as smooth as one could possibly hope for and resulted in Thomas receiving his US citizenship this past summer. As an international businessman, I have dealt with many attorneys and law firms during my career in various areas of the law such as Corporate, Contract, International and Tax law. This was my first experience with an Immigration Law firm. Hanlon Law Group stands out in my experience as one of the best firms I have ever dealt with in any area of the law. The firm has a no nonsense, very structured approach to their practice which results in a very smooth process from the start of an engagement to its conclusion. I have already recommended Hanlon Law Group to a business associate of mine who has recently engaged the firm's representation. I will continue to recommend the firm to any of my other associates who may have future needs for the firm's expertise. My wife and I highly recommend this firm to anyone seeking legal assistance in the area of US Immigration law. Their professional fees are modest in comparison to the results they deliver. There is no doubt that Hanlon Law Group was extremely helpful and beneficial in every way, shape, and form for our case. After learning that it could take an average 9-12 months before my wife's Fiance Visa was approved, I knew that I needed legal help to see what my options were in getting her to the US quicker. Hanlon Law Group (HLG) really made everything so clear and easy to understand. Instead of waiting almost a year, my wife's Fiance Visa was approved in about 3 months, and she was on a plane to the US soon thereafter. Neither of us could believe it. I remember when I was gathering information for our case, HLG had me get documents and fill out forms that I never would have submitted if I tried to do this by myself. Jen (paralegal with HLG) really made this whole process work better than we'd ever imagined. Her responses to my numerous questions were always quick and helpful, and always calmed me down and gave me confidence. She definitely helped us tremendously. Then, once my wife and I were married, the firm was outstanding in helping us get the green card quickly as well. We needed to get to Costa Rica in 6 months, and were able to get the green card in about 4-5 months, which is quicker than we expected. All throughout the process we felt very comfortable because Hanlon Law Group made it easy and simple for us. There were never any "hiccups" in the process, and after hearing horror stories from others, I'm so glad that we hired Hanlon Law Group to help us because their overall service and individual attention was great. I definitely recommend them to anyone involving any matters in regards to immigration law. read more

I'm writing this long-overdue review to express my gratitude towards Hanlon Law Group, who helped me with my EB3 process. I started the process in mid-2019, and both Daniel and Vivian were very patient with me from the beginning. The process was very long and uncertain, especially with the unexpected COVID-19 pandemic. However, Daniel was always available to provide helpful guidance and support whenever I needed it. He understood how frustrating this process could be and helped me stay positive throughout. Due to COVID-19, there were significant delays, and I expected to wait until March 2023 to get the result based on my priority date. However, I was delighted to receive my I-485 in July 2022, which was earlier than expected. Throughout the entire process, Vivian was my primary point of contact, and she patiently guided me through every step. Her constant communication and professionalism made the experience much less stressful, and I'm extremely grateful to her and the entire team. Overall, I highly recommend Hanlon Law Group to anyone looking for help with the EB3 process. They have a knowledgeable team, excellent communication, and an unwavering dedication to their clients. Thank you, Daniel, Vivian, and the entire team for your outstanding work. read more

My fiancé (now husband!) and I went to see 3 different immigration lawyers for our marriage case before we met Mr. Hanlon. What a difference! My husband had some problems with his student visa previously, so we were nervous about the process. The first two lawyers we went to scared the heck out of us and made it seem like my husband was a criminal! They also wanted what turned out to be crazy high fees compared to Hanlon Law Group. The third lawyer made it seem like we were wasteing his time and pretty much forced us out of his nice office in 15 minutes, even though we paid for a consultation! Mr. Hanlon took the time to explain that my husband's previous status problem was not a big deal and did not disqualify him for his green card. He also explained how long the case would take and it ended up being two months faster than he said. We were fully prepared for our interview and felt confident and calm when we went to immigration with our attorney. We would recommend Mr. Hanlon to anyone and are definately going back to him for my husband's citizenship in a couple of years. read more

My son was barred to enter US for life. We consulted, talked and hired different lawyers but nothing happened. Our decision was to have one last lawyer and it would be it, considering the amount of time and money we spent for my son's future. I emailed new lawyers two years ago and told myself that the first lawyer to respond might be our last hope. It was Atty Daniel Hanlon, he emailed me and told me to see him for free consultation. My first impression was he might be the same, but when I personally met him, I found out that he is very professional, direct to the point and the way he talked you can see his expertise with regard to my son's case. In short he did the necessary actions hand after few months the US Embassy replied and asked for documents. Now, the US Embassy issued the Immigrant Visa to my son. We don't know how to thank Atry Dan Hanlon! What he did is priceless! His dedication to help is can't be compared!!! Atty Dan Ha long the Best and Gratest lawyer I ever met!!! read more

This is the best law firm I've found. I went to 3 lawyers for consultation and I've found Atty. Hanlon makes more sense from the rest of them so I hired him. The team is composed of highly dedicated professionals, very knowledgeable, systematic, organized, highly trained and dedicated. They will walk you thru the whole process and explain well how the case will be won. They also charged you with a reasonable price that is affordable by paying on terms. They will help the clients the most they can. And by the way, I was on a deportation proceeding and Atty. Hanlon defended me in a courteous demeanor and with a few reply, the judge granted our request. This is the type of lawyer you need, less words, more action and gets the job accomplished. read more

I've first met Atty Hanlon the year 2000 thru a relative when he was still a Partner with Reeves and Associates and since then I had been a client and a friend to this date. Attorney Hanlon is so nice and easy to talk to. He gave me a free consultation and even though I didn't hire him for my case right away, I didn't feel any pressure. I went back to him for my (boyfriend's) court case after I spoke to two other attorneys, even though Attorney Hanlon wasn't a cheapest. After two years, we got a great result and my boyfriend kept his green card, even though he was in big trouble before. I would definitely recommend Hanlon's law group. Now we are ready for our marriage and we just went to talk to him yesterday. He explain to me everything I need to know and understood. Thanks Mr Hanlon for helping us over the years and I'm sure we will need to go back again. read more
