They don't just sit at their desks and gossip. I get it that not everyone does the same role but from a close person I know they all work their way up. So, why is this cross training not working ? Why are managers not leading their employees? There is a desperate need for banks specifically Bank of America to get organized. Not have employees just hanging out. People wait in line for a long time and only one teller is open. When closing out the CC account we asked to have it cashed out or be put next to take out the funds instead of waiting in the line again and "Loan" said no. So, we wasted time waiting in the wrong line then waiting on the right line then again to wait in line ? That is crazy. Schools first or any other bank would not make me jump through hoops like this. We will be closing out our account here after updating our auto-pays. I closed my personal account years ago for this snake reason now my mom's joint account will be closed.
