Inquiry regarding T-Visa Application: Labor Trafficking with Evidence of Coercion and Witness…read moreTampering Dear [Lawyer's Name / Intake Team], I am writing to seek legal representation for a T-Visa application and associated I-192 waiver. I believe I am a victim of Labor Trafficking as defined by the TVPA, and I have substantial evidence to support my claim. Case Highlights: * Coercion & Threats: My employer has systematically used my prior immigration history (DS-160 inconsistency) as a weapon to maintain my labor. He has explicitly threatened me with deportation and claimed, "You have no status, you cannot sue me." * Witness Tampering (Key Evidence): I possess documented evidence (text messages) where the employer admitted to maintaining "double books" (illegal private accounting) and subsequently issued a formal instruction for me to "Delete the text" to destroy evidence of his illegal financial practices. * Severe Psychological Harm: I have been in professional psychological counseling since November 2025. I have been diagnosed with Severe Depression (PHQ-9 score: 24) directly resulting from the prolonged psychological abuse and fear of family separation. * Economic Exploitation: The employer utilizes family members to maintain absolute control over wage/tip distribution through a closed, fraudulent accounting system. Evidence Available for Review: 1. Screenshots of "Delete the text" instructions and deportation threats. 2. Comparative financial records (Personal checks vs. Payroll checks). 3. Comprehensive clinical psychological evaluation and ongoing treatment records. I am looking for an attorney experienced in handling T-Visas involving I-192 waivers for prior immigration misrepresentations. I would like to schedule a consultation to discuss filing a report with the Labor Commissioner's Criminal Investigation Unit and securing a Supplement B certification. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Can you speak mandarin? I need help ,please ......

You have been WARNED :…read more + ATTORNEYS ARE WORKING REMOTELY ONLY + ONCE YOURE A CLIENT, COMMUNICATION IS LIKE PULLING TEETH (difficult to get a response either by phone, email, or in person) + YOU WILL NEVER MEET FACE TO FACE WITH THE ATTORNEY - only through phone call if youre lucky + PRICES ARE INCREDIBLY HIGH in comparison to other places. (That's why you see heavy advertising, thats how they pay for those ads) This is the worst experience as a customer I've ever had with an attorney. We were in dire need of an attorney, and immediately went in for a consultation. At the Los Angeles office, we were greeted by this lady named Blanca whom took down questions and seemed very "salesy" about our case and situation. The lady took all of our information and asked for $4500 on the spot for an urgent response. We trusted initially. Blanca assured us that the attorney (in 48 hours) would contact us. It took almost a week, and we were only contacted by the law clerk, not the lawyer. Its been 2 months and to this day we have still not spoken to the attorney. Our main frustration is the fact that there is no clear response from anybody at La Liga, since ALL the attorney's work remotely. Sending multiple emails, never gotten a response back. I had to Google the name of the attorney that was working on my case, and came to find out the attorney was in New York! This was SHOCKING, since Blanca never mentioned the remote work part.

She has given me the best advice and accepted my VAWA case with greater empathy. After meeting her, I feel lot more at ease about my case. She fulfilled her commitment to me in a short amount of time. I'm always incredibly grateful for that. Another individual has been designated as my case manager, and her name is Ms. Odno Tum. She handled my case expertly, periodically requested and organized the required paperwork, and kept me informed at every stage of the process. A special thank you for keeping a close eye on my case and seeing it through to completion. My profound gratitude and appreciation go out to Attorney Jeannie Joung and her staff once more for their professionalism and excellence. I will definitely tell my friends and family about your service. Continue your excellent work. She is a five-star category lawyer.

It has been said that good fortune just may be a matter of good luck. Well, we can say…read moreunequivocally that it has been our good fortune to have been connected to the Law Firm of Jeannie Joung! How lucky were we to find Jeannie and her associate Nana Tamir to assist us with the entire process of gaining immigration and work status legally, and in record breaking time. This office was pleasant, polite, professional in every way as we explained our situation, walking us through the process, answering our questions and concerns, and then commandeering the massive paper work/application(s). We applied the last week of December and received Work Permit/SSN and the Green Card within two months. The gift was their friendliness and empathy, not something one would expect. Thank you for all of this, and we highly recommend this firm for those seeking the kind assistance of legal US status and other ancillary issues. Thank you, Jeannie and Nana ... Cheers, Viktor and Terry
