When her other co worker came in, she sat right next to us and they started having a whole conversation in mandarin with each other. Her attention to detail is not the best, and when I was told to wash my hands, I noticed one finger had a chip already, and asked her very politely if she can fix that one corner; in mandarin she said I was meddlesome, which is pretty much the same saying in Cantonese, as she proceeded to fix my nail. Maybe if she had paid more attention to her own work and stopped talking and getting distracted with her co worker, then she wouldn't have done such a sloppy job. Now I understand why the other 3-4 nails salons on the same floor were busy, except for this one. Won't be back.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst pedicures I've had. My cuticles were not properly cut and were instead scraped from the nail. My nails were not shaped the way I requested. I asked for square nails, but they turned out uneven and inconsistent. They also didn't properly remove my calluses or dead skin, and there was little effort put into exfoliating or scrubbing my feet clean. The only positive part of the experience was receiving a complimentary Mother's Day leg mask, which I appreciated. Overall, I left really unhappy and unsatisfied with the service. Sadly, I would not recommend this salon or return.

Well, the receptionist didn't seem to understand what I was saying, so she booked us in for 3 mani/pedis. Much to our dismay when we arrived that Sunday afternoon, there were only 2 employees working, in a salon with a total of 13 tables and chairs, while 1 employee was already with another client. They brought in 2 of us first and my husband was left behind. 1 employee started with my stepdaughter's pedicure and set me up to soak my feet for a pedicure while the other employee finished up with their client. I asked the one that was working on my stepdaughter how they were going to get us all done in 2 hours? We had come in for my stepdaughter's birthday to get all our manicure/pedicure services done at the same time. The 1 employee professed that a 3rd employee was scheduled to work but called that very morning to say she was unable to come in. I replied that they should have contacted me to advise me that they were going to be short-staffed and not able to fulfill our appointment as requested. I told them that we had other events planned after our appointment and that we could not wait around for 4 hours while we all received our services. This is very poor customer service and my husband and I did not end up receiving services that day nor will I ever go back. Also, we ended up getting charged over double the prices that are posted on this web listing, and the services I had requested were not even available!!! This business is very poorly managed and we were very disappointed that we were not able to celebrate my stepdaughter's birthday the way we had planned. We did not feel pampered at all.
