They charged me $21 dollars for nail removal, which was unheard of. I assumed it would only cost 10 dollars which I think is ridiculous as well. I could have just clipped my own nails and tried to take it off myself. The service tech asked me if it was gel or acrylic, I presumed that they just upped the price when I said what type of nail it was. I do not think that should reflect on the price, because they charge an arm an a leg to put the gel nails on already. They always say, "oh gel nail better." My behind. This place is the worst. Furthermore, I told the technician not to use the machine to file my nails as it was already weak, but he did not listen and continued to use the electric file. I was so upset, and made me more angry that they charged so much to remove the nails. I only soaked the nail for less than 5mins. Do not go here, they are not experienced.

Unfortunately, I was not provided with one. During the pedicure, I was actually hurt -- which should never happen during what's meant to be a relaxing service. For my manicure, I requested coffin-shaped nails with a matte black finish, which is a style I've consistently worn for years and consider my signature look. Instead of simply honoring my request, I was told it would look "ugly, messy, and gross." I was shocked by the unprofessional and judgmental comment. Despite voicing my dissatisfaction with the service, I left the salon hoping the quality would at least hold up. Unfortunately, just three days later, the polish began peeling in chunks, almost as if it had been exposed to acid. I contacted the salon, and they told me to come in the next day. When I returned, three different nail techs worked on my nails, and one of them severely messed up the shape. I brought it to the attention of the receptionist (who I believe may be related to the owner or one of the main nail techs), and she quickly passed me to another tech who looked completely confused and unsure of what to do. As I tried to calmly explain that the shape didn't match my original request, another tech began yelling at me, claiming I never specified the shape -- which was completely untrue. I was not asking for a new design, just a fix for what had been done incorrectly. Even more concerning: two nails broke shortly afterward, and one caused damage down to my nail bed, clearly due to improper application. I called again to speak with the owner. I was told they would call me on Sunday, May 25th, but I never heard back. I followed up again on Tuesday the 26th, and the receptionist laughed, admitting she forgot to pass on the message and that the owner was sick but would call me by Thursday the 29th. It's now June 3rd, and I still have not received any communication or resolution. This experience was not only disappointing -- it was painful, disrespectful, and deeply unprofessional. I strongly advise others to avoid this salon. They rush through services, have inexperienced staff performing procedures they clearly aren't trained for, and show no accountability when issues arise. Your time and money deserve better.

That had never happened to me before. She also missed lots of hair and I was in no way ready to wear a bathing suit. Pedicure was also of poor quality, it seemed very rushed and overall poorly done. Cuticles were still in terrible shape and the polish did not last beyond the first day - again, this has never happened to me before. Both services were not cheap, and I left feeling ripped off. Will return to my more moderately priced place as I believe that they do a better job and cost 20$ less.
