After much online research, I found a beautiful floral display at Powell Florist Knoxville. I'm very, very discerning about my flowers; and I had sought an arrangement that evoked Southern charm, beauty, and elegance. Powell Florist exquisitely captured my vision and very much improved upon it. The lovely ladies at Powell Florist helped me out with a few special touches that I had wanted, and they delivered the most gorgeous flower arrangement I have seen in quite some time. Our corporate SVP and our employee, whose mom passed, also absolutely loved and appreciated the flowers. Truly, truly amazingly beautiful flowers ... and I've seen flower arrangements at movie premiers and luxury Beverly Hills that don't hold a candle to these.

I arrived at 9:10 AM, and the lady told me they were still working on them. We left with the flowers at 9:45 AM. The flowers did NOT have a water source, so they were already wilting when I set them up. They mixed silk flowers with fresh. I requested only fresh. And, the ribbon was too short, and the letters from "Son" and "Brother" were already coming off before I left the shop. I rarely give one star review, but I think this warrants even less than that. I will not be returning.

Even called them the day of to confirm location because the actual address and the building my lady works in doesn't seem to line up quite right. Gave them a picture of the outside of the build to make it easy to spot. They were very courteous and accommodating. The flowers were not exactly the same as on the website but that was to be expected and is noted on the site based on season and supply but the arrangement still looked good and I was happy with it but more importantly my lady was happy with them and very surprised. Thank you for helping me make her day. Worth every penny

I had some idea…read morewhat I wanted each time, and discussed these with the team there and they were fantastic at understanding my wishes and discussing options with me, including price. The results each time were perfect, they absolutely nailed it. I was also impressed by how long each arrangement lasted; each were looking good after a full week and most until about two weeks (these were fresh cut arrangements and I did replace the water regularly). I was also impressed with the level of customer service. When I came in for the funeral arrangements, I noticed one arrangement waiting to be delivered to me (big coincidence!) and offered to take it with me then. But they insisted on delivering it anyway so as not to risk spilling any water in my car. They also offered to pick up the flowers from the memorial service, store them in their fridge, and deliver them to the cemetery the next day--all for no additional charge. (Although to be fair, that was a large order, so I'm not sure they could afford to do this routinely.) Overall, extremely happy with these guys, and I think anyone else would be too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I gave it only 4 stars at first because I am not sure the bouquet was worth $50...I see a lot of green, feels like filler but then it IS beautiful and my niece was super happy with it for her birthday. Delivery was before noon and I got her receipt text at 12:05, so they did meet those expectations. Quick and friendly service.
