Their prices have been rising steadily over the years so we began to consider other cleaners but decided to stay with them. However we have been so turned off over the years by Donna's cold, dismissive, inflexible attitude that we decided to make the switch. Virtually every time my wife and I would point out even the slightest dissatisfaction with their work (and that was rare), Donna would become very defensive and refused to take accountability. A few years back I noticed I was missing a number of shirts and asked Donna to check carefully. She insisted that it was not possible, and was fairly indignant, so I gave up. About a year later I brought in some items for cleaning and she handed me the 8 missing shirts. She just handed them to me without any apology or acknowledgement that she had not handled the situation well. All the others who work there are very friendly.

Anyways, I was mind blown when I came back to pick up my jacket. It had yellow staining all over the body and when I came to pick up my jacket I was so happy!
