Caitlin Vittum currently has two theft by deception cases filed against her in Hillsborough County AND one count of theft by deception plus nine counts of issuing bad check filed against her in Cheshire County. Christopher Vittum currently has two theft by deception cases filed against him in Hillsborough County. They also have lost multiple small claims and civil court cases owning people thousands of dollars for failure to complete construction contracts and poor quality work.
