There is very little he can't do, but if it falls outside of his purview, he will find someone who can do it for you - as in our case - and he found a custom wood stain expert to hand-mix a stain for our wood after it had worn down from 17 years of New England weather. We recently replaced our old hot tub with a newer one. Only problem , it was in our sunroom. You see, the sunroom was built around the tub. I called Allen at Classic Builders & Sunrooms and told him of my dilemma. We had used him before for major repairs caused by ice dams and his crew did an excellent job of repairing the damage and in a timely manner. Allen sent out Matt (a first class tech and expert) he assessed the situation and said they could remove the gable end of the sunroom to accommodate the tube exchange. Once I got a delivery date I called Allen to set up the work. His men arrived on time and had the wall removed with time to spare. This was done three weeks ago on one of the coldest days in winter. They also had to deal with a good accumulation of snow that covered the sunroom. After the tubs were exchanged, they quickly re-installed the wall. The team at Classic Builders from the start was very professional and upfront with how my project should be approached. After showing them the location for the add-on and describing the shape and size, they returned with a perfect design and specs. Construction started at the end of December during the worst winter we have had in a long time. I felt badly for the guys. However they persevered and built the deck and the glass structure to spec and on completed the project on time. It is now the best part of the home! A year later, I came home in the late evening to discover one of the roof panels of glass had shattered into a million pieces. (Apparently a stress problem). I called the next day and sent pictures and they were out the following day to replace the panel. Since then we have had nothing but great days and evenings in our new waterproof Conservatory! Allen at Classic Builders & Sunrooms was awesome to work with. He was fast, efficient, didn't nickel and dime us to death and best of all he did a beautiful job. Our sunroom is an amazing addition to our home and guests can't stop talking about it when they come over. He's been great after the instal as well, always helpful and answering any questions we have. We shopped around. Trust me we did. My husband is a contractor and can be difficult.
