FINALLY I tried something new. Lisa Barry Newman of LBN Bookkeepign has done my taxes for the last two years, she makes sure she has everything you need and will research if you have special circumstances (if you are disabled, etc...). She has also done small business taxes for friends I sent to her. Every last one of them sang her praises and will be using her services again this year. I submitted my Pre-authorization payment information update back in Nov, 2021, they never got it…read moreentered into their system properly. On record it says it is correct, but since then everytime their system tries to take funds out of my account, it would fail. Interesting thing is, my old chequeing account still exists and have sufficient fund, also neither the old or the new chequeing account has any record of the request for the fund from pc financial. Now here is the excellent customer service they have - Tried to call them on cs line, no one picks up at all, i had to hang up after 3-3.5hrs of waiting, cuz i ran out of time. Sent them messages in the support center, half of the reply is useless generic responses telling me how to self-serving myself, or to send a support message regarding this issue (which i literally did with my message). The other half is a response of your issue is this, but im not going to tell you it has been indeed resolved. Not mentioning the messaging system would takes days to get a reply. For the cherry on the top. I called the ombudsman of pc financial. It is supposed to be an arbitrator of sort to resolve serious issues. Guess what, no response for a month and half so far. Well done, pc financial. I'm cancelling the card as soon as CIBC's mastercard goes live. You just lost a 5-yr good customer who actually loved your card and even recommended it to friends.
