Josh called me, we discussed the issues and diagnosed a repair over the phone and although couldn't promise that it was a permanent repair, he said it wouldn't ruin my weekend of boating. To me, that's incredible, professional and outstanding service. I have shopped around at other dealers but with service like his, all my boating needs will be at White Water Marine. I must apologize that it took me a few weeks to post this, thank you Josh. Randy

Took my late 80's 9.9 to them for service . White water…read moremarina called and told me the motor was no good , no compression in one cylinder heat scoring on the cylinder ( signs of overheating and spark plug hole stripped I picked the motor up and paid the Marina for service . As a Marine Engine Engineer with over 40 years experience working on various bits of Mechanic equipment I decided to check the engine myself. Yes there was overheating indications on one cylinder ,but I still decided to test the engine myself The engine started on the second pull , I put over a hundred hours on this little engine this year , it never fails to start and has always got me home. Pretty good for an engine with no compression in one cylinder and a striped spark plug hole?? I personally believe they did not proper assess the engines condition charged me a service fee and pushed it out the door. I for one will never darken the the door of this business

Not the people inside, they aren't robots! but they deal with metal, any and all types of metal. you need something for a little home project, they can cut you whatever you need! From round tube, to square tube, threaded rod or flat pieces of steel, stainless, aluminum, whatever you need, they've got it and they are happy to help. Even though they cater more towards the large orders, and company orders, they have no problem helping the weekend warriors out with their smaller requirements. They do have a minimum cut charge of $15, which is actually pretty decent, considering the amount of metal you can get for that price! The best place in town to get any and all of you Metal needs!
