I had a nice wool coat cleaned here and they did a very good job. I'm happy to see that you have mending services and altering services. I did get to meet the cute dog of the store. Han's Cleaners immediately greeted me kindly and professionally, with the bonus being the little dog they have named Rocky. Little cutie was sleeping in a chair. I dropped off a Burberry scarf and a wool trench coat, for which I was given an estimated completion date of about 5 days. After a very quick payment and transfer of information, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Maybe less! I wasn't timing it. Too my surprise, I received a text that my garments were ready for pick up within 2 days! So I went in and again it was quick and professional, and of course the garments looked great. I dropped off two items, one being a white spring, trench coat because my collar was stained and I wanted it removed. Typically I would machine wash it but the stains don't come out. I got it back and was pleased that it was no longer discolored. The employee, possibly the owner, is nice and professional. The only reason why I did not give it 5 stars was because I thought it was a bit pricy. It cost me $16.95 for the jacket. Though I don't dry clean often so maybe the price is reasonable. Usually I go to cheaper cleaners but I wanted to make sure the collar was clean. I would consider coming back but would do price comparisons next time. read more

I had a dress that I needed altered from a zipper back to a corset back and when searching for a place that could do alters I came across a suggestion for Han's Cleaners & Tailors--They were also one of the, if not, only place that had all 5 star reviews and great feedback from their customers from these reviews--After my experience I can see why. The ladies that work here are so friendly and accommodating! We first visited this past weekend about getting the alternations done and it was such an easy process! Tonight we went back and couldn't believe how fast they worked, as the corset back had already been sewed onto the dress, and looked as if the dress was purchased that way! Heading back Friday since they mentioned they just needed to work on a few more things with it. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough! I had one of my business suits dry cleaned here a while back. My suit came back nice and clean two days later for $13. The owner was really friendly and was talking to us about her little guard dog, who walked over to say hello and yap at us a little bit. I guess he hangs out there every day while the owners are at work. Too cute! I would definitely bring my suits back here, it's hard to find a reliable dry cleaner. read more

I switched to this dry cleaners after my old one closed about a year and a half ago. At first I was bummed because it's a little farther from my house, but I've been absolutely thrilled with the service. Consistently high quality, fair prices, and the woman who owns it is so friendly. I went here twice and in both instances they did a bait and switch on me. I brought in 2 dress shirts to get initials embroidered as a gift and she told me $6 each. I verified the price three times and she assured me $6 each. When I came to pick up, she charges me $7 each. I told her she said it was $6 but she said $7 because I have only 2 shirts..and gives me this sneaky smirk. It's not about the money, it's about integrity lady!! Same lady did same thing to me last year when I went there to get my pants hemmed. Bottom line is, a lot of people can provide the same service with honesty. Come here but be forewarned. Get her to write the price on your tag before leaving....or don't come here at all because liars don't deserve your business. read more

I've been taking my clothes here for years. Han is friendly and does great work. Her dry-cleaning prices are in line with mid-tier dry-cleaners, but I don't mind paying her a little more than I would pay at a big chain because she has always taken great care of clothes. She is also a great seamstress and has altered many of my garments (I'm petite) over the years. She is not cheap for alterations but her work is fantastic and relatively quick (a week to hem a standard dress, jeans, or slacks). read more
