The location is great, but the strip mall is located tucked a little ways back, so you can't readily see it while driving on Howell. It is right next to Goodwill and behind Taco Bell. They don't use harsh chemicals, and all their products are organic. The experience is pretty much the same as all the other dry cleaners' I've been to - not phenomenal, but not bad either. Though being Korean myself, speaking with the owner (father) in Korean probably made the experience better for me (there's a certain camaraderie among same language speakers hehe). The owner also greeted many customers by name as they came in - you could see there were a lot of regulars, which is always a plus. read more

So, my worst wedding nightmare happened. My dress was taken to Hans Dry Cleaners in Oak Creek to be cleaned and de-wrinkled while I was away on my honeymoon. My dress was given to them in near perfect condition, with just a bit of dirt on the bottom from my reception. It just needed a simple dry clean. My mom went to pick up the dress when it was finished, and they neglected to inform her that something had gone wrong. My dress was returned melted in parts, permanently wrinkled, and BURNED. It was immediately taken back where my mom discussed the problem with Steve. Steve assured my mom that he was sorry and would take the dress to David's Bridal to see if there was anything that could be done. No one at David's has heard from anyone at Hans. Finally, my mom was offered a refund of the cleaning fee. She was told that they'd fix the damage (ie, the ENTIRE skirt), but all the materials needed to fix it would have to be purchased by us. I'm sorry, but why would I trust a place that can't even dry clean a dress properly to repair an entire skirt? AND on my dime? On the most important dress I've ever owned??? To make matters worse, since I just got back from my honeymoon and just got over being sick, I haven't been able to go speak to them personally about them destroying my wedding dress. I have called multiple times and never get through, trying to schedule a time to come in with my dress and talk. I try to leave voicemails and the voicemail box is full. Finally, I messaged their Facebook page today asking about their Saturday hours. They read my message and haven't responded. Maybe it's because I already left a negative review after getting a destroyed dress back? Hans Dry Cleaners have demonstrated TERRIBLE customer service. They destroyed the one physical item I have left from my wedding day and refuse to own up to their mistake. At one point, Steve even said to my mom, "it's a Vera wang gown, I thought it had a pattern", to try to excuse some of the burn marks and melted areas I am absolutely gutted that my wedding dress is ruined. Thank you for the incredible service! I was in dire need of getting a rental suit hemmed for a wedding after the rental company (blacktux.com) sent two suits both in the wrong size. Brought it in Thursday and they told me to come back in an hour and the pant legs were hemmed to perfection. They literally only charged me $12 to hem the pants. I gave them more, after quite a bit of refusal, as I felt such gratitude for their willingness to help me when all others would not. They clearly did not have to give the extra effort to fit me in, but it is so rare these days and so very appreciated. read more

Been to the newer location twice. Both times the place smelled like a cigarette. Smells like they are smoking inside the building. Not appropriate for a dry cleaners. Never had this problem at their old Location. Been going to Hans for years but never again will I return. read more

Supporting local businesses is important and this is a husband & wife team that cares about the services they offer. The prices are competitive, the service is great. When I've had clothing with specific problem stains, the Hans took the time to ensure they would do everything in their power to get them out. They are pleasant and caring people who provide excellent service. The location is good, but the building is set back a little so it doesn't pop into view from a distance. The hours are very accommodating. They also have a seamstress on the location. I never go anywhere else for dry cleaning services. read more

I took five tops into Han's after mistakenly putting them in the dryer with an ink pen. These tops had little drops of dried black ink everywhere! I tried taking the tops to two other dry cleaners closer to my house, but both places did not even attempt to get the ink out and said that I'd be better off throwing the tops out. I then went to Han's and the staff was incredibly nice and enthusiastically took my tops saying they'd give it a shot. I got my tops back and all the ink is gone! Han's did an incredible job and I am beyond happy with the service they provided me. I will now be going to Han's for all my dry cleaning needs. read more

Nice job getting graduation gown pressed but I thought it was expensive. They charged us the price of pressing a woman's gown. I thought that was pricey for a graduation gown that isn't fancy or detailed like a dress. I was impressed with the quick service. read more

Dry cleaning is good, but I ALSO recommend do not get alterations done here. I had a few buttons sewn on a jacket and two of the three fell off after a week! Shotty work...should of just done it myself but I was very busy and thought this would be helpful. Go elsewhere or do it yourself for any alteration!!! read more

Every mother of the brides worst post wedding nightmare: the cleaners ruining your daughter's dress. Yep, it happened to me. BEWARE! Don't use Hans Dry Cleaners in Oak Creek! They ruined the top tulle' layers and didn't offer any customer service whatsoever and lied to my face about contacting the bridal store to figure out a plan. Their solution (per son Steve) was that I buy new tulle' and let them replace it! Right, like I'd trust them when they couldn't and didn't do the first job I trusted them to do! Tried this cleaners a few times, thought they were a bit pricey. I took in a pair of uniform pants for cleaning and they were returned ruined. The zipper had been ripped out. I brought this to Mr Hans attention and he completely blew me off. He didn't offer to replace the pants, or any other compensation. I threatened to stop payment with my credit card company, and he replied that he would "sue me". I would never use this service again, nor can I recommend it. Poor customer service. read more

I'm all about supporting local family owned businesses when at all possible, but Han's cleaners doesn't take pride in their work or value their customers in the least. After having to return a second pair of pants with crooked hem lines and told to come back each time for a re-do only to find them not re-done on the second occurrence, it's time to go elsewhere. Fortunately, I never had any issues with the dry cleaning I had done at Han's, but don't trust them with my clothes anymore. read more

I took my wedding dress to be cleaned here, and the dress ended up having more stains then it did when I took it in. I'm so upset, I did not let them press it as I did not want any more damages done to the dress! I would not recommend anything be taken here. He offered me $40 back which will not replace the damage that's been done to my wedding gown! Now I have to take it to a new location to try and get these stains out! I brought in a purse to be cleaned, explained what I wanted done. $45 for cleaning. I came back after the week and a half it took and the inside of the purse was damp but the outside had not been touched. I asked them if they could redo the outside and he said he would try. When I walked in a week later, no one greeted me and when someone finally came to the counter, they handed me the purse, and went to answer the phone. Purse was not touched the second time either. I waited for him to get off of the phone but he didn't so I left. I left and will never return. I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone. read more

I went to Han's over the winter to have my comforter professionally cleaned. The guy working there was nice and told me to come back in X amount of days to pick it up. I came back a day after he told me to and he said that the comforter still wasn't dry and to come back in X more days. So I did. When I came back again he gave me the comforter in a sealed bag. I received a call the next day saying he gave me the wrong one and asked that I come back to swap it for mine (the comforters were white so hard to tell). I have no complaints regarding the cleaning but just annoyed having to go back and forth so many times. read more

This is my first try for this place, we just move to Oak creek, and we decided to give a local business try, and they are total non Ethical , and here is why! first of all they have a 15% coupon on there website that you can not print, they refuse to honor that, they are very pricey comparing to others, 2 coats cost $60 and guess what one of them looks the same , not clean, the owner has a stone face and was cold and very rude, i will never come here again, try Martinez on Howell and Layton ave, they are way better, read more

We decided to take a chance with Han's and have my wedding dress cleaned before the ceremony. The dress is not a traditional wedding gown; I figured it would be fine to just take it to the local dry cleaner. When we picked it up there were brown smudges around the neckline and a giant snag in the back. The dress is layered with a sheer fabric that is delicate and requires gentle care. Han's did not use any sort of care with the dress. Luckily the snag is in the back, so at least it won't show up in pictures. DO NOT TRUST HAN'S to care for your garment, especially before an important event. The last thing a bride needs on her wedding day is a flawed dress. I basically paid Han's to mess up my dress.
