Each piece comes with an professional appraisal - something that not many Etsy stores offer at no cost and if you do it on your own, often times you're looking at charges from $50-150 hourly to flat rate fees. They were gracious in working on a layaway contract with me, keeping in constant contact with me, even through the breakout of COVID-19 in their area. Once I had paid off my ring, they had informed me of their local quarantine lock down situation but I was happy to be patient for my ring. Even through all of that, their office manager still found a way to ship my ring out across the States to me. Their packaging, while me being eco-conscious did wince at the idea, ensured the protection of my ring as (they encased it in it's own jewelry box, then bubble wrap, then multiple cardboard boxes - they'll all be recycled!) it spent many miles flying over the Pacific Ocean. As I opened the ring box, the diamonds sparkled beautifully and the gold bands were so shiny. I'm very happy with my purchase, now I just need to remember to insure this baby! I'm lucky I have all the time in the world now to stay at home in quarantine and just admire my ring all day!
