I was not very impressed. It's good that she has been trained in…read morethe LANAP procedure which is much better than the conventional flap surgery. But she doesn't use a phase contrast microscope to monitor the results of periodontal treatment. The office staff lied and said she could get samples taken to a facility that does the phase contrast microscope procedure. On the day of the actual appointment I learned that this was not the case. This dentist did not think that several 5s and 2 6s on a standardized periodontal pocket chart were bad enough to justify the use of a laser to clean out the periodontal pockets. But without taking "movies" of the gums with a phase contrast microscope we can't really know if that's true or not. The "movies" would tell us which pathogens were actually there and how quickly they were causing damage. I feel that the appointment was a complete waste of time and money.

The experience was first class and in the middle of a snow storm. Everyone else was closing early and they stayed to take care of my emergency. Would recommend them to anyone needing quality care in a family friendly office.
