On third visit I discuss with doctor ELIZABETH DUTTON medicine and dosage and she tell me, what she will prescribe me medicine and dosage what i need and what covered by my insurance. When I come to pharmacy I found, what doctor prescribed another medicine, which not covered and another dosage, not what we discussed. Trying to reach her by phone, no results. So I am half year without insulin, and my condition is getting worse day by day.
