From the start the reception was wonderful. Everyone there is so kind and courteous. I've worked with several physical therapists there - Jeree and Nicole. I can't even begin to express how impressed I am with their knowledge of the Health issues I have and there concern for my health. This is a mind body spirit facility. They look at everything over all which is the way it should be. You feel how invested they are in you. The facility is wonderful with the most up-to-date equipment and extremely clean and because of Covid they have taken extra measures to make it is safe for all their clients and also their employees. I have been treated with the upmost respect, kindness, they have shown empathy during my tougher days, and they respect privacy! I look forward to days ahead working with these physical therapists. I had been coughing for four months at that time, and had been dealing with constant thin clear mucus or congestion. My face, and my throat would be irritated, I would experience audible wheezing resulting in asthmatic flare ups. Which meant up to 2 to 4 nebulizer treatments per day,oral prednisone for at least a month and antibiotics because I get sinus infections. I was very skeptical of the treatment she was recommending which is called , (N.A.E.T) NAET treatment. IT IS A drug FREE, HOLISTIC, TREATMENT for ALLERGY ELIMINATION. When I show up for my appointments, I would tell the doctor that this is very different and quite interesting. I was not confident that it would work, but I was desperate as my chronic cough and asthma problems were hindering me my normal daily activities. I had an allergic reactions to a dog that I purchased for my husband along with a history to allergies known and unknown. I went to treatment two times a week for almost 5 weeks. For the first time in over 20 years. I can dust my house without a mask. I recently went to a conference of over 400 women. I usually sit by the door or and wear a mask This time I sat down with all the women and I didn't get sick, Hallelujah! And yes, my husband still has his dog and I am not coughing my head off, I am not taking prednisone, or antibiotics and I have not yet had another sinus infection. I can dust my house without a mask and I can go outside without one. I am very thankful for what I consider a very different kind of treatment that has made my life much more functional and a whole lot healthier. I thank the good Lord for Dr. Jerusha. If you have severe allergies, back spasms, sinus infections, I highly recommend you go see her and have a better quality of life. She's worth the one hour drive one way and every dollar I pay her. Although she didn't care for it much (loss of independence, etc.) I thought it was a very nice facility. Her room was large, there was a big tv, tables and chairs in the room for family and a nice large private bathroom. The lobby area had places to sit with vending machines, puzzles, etc. Family can choose to wash their loved ones clothes on site in the nearby laundry room. The staff seemed very attentive and caring. The meals were hot, healthy and smelled great. We especially liked the "healing garden" located in the center courtyard for a place to get some fresh air and sunshine. Although no one probably wants to be in a place like this, when needed I thought they were very good.

The questions they asked were all about my past dental experiences and actually about my anxieties about going to the dentist. The only thing was I think i read the review on the other location having massage chairs and tv screens on the ceilings. Maybe the other chairs may have this but the one i was put in twice didn't. Anyways It was easy and I was surprised how fast I was able to get in as a new client for my dental pain and was then able to Schedule my cleaning a week after (that might have been luck though). Anyways the minute I ran in the front desk ladies were so warm, friendly and bright and even offered a koozy right off the bat. I actually have been to previous offices where I've actually switched providers just bc the front desk/ancillary staff were the absolute worst but not here! The dental hygienist here not only as friendly but understanding and so knowledgeable compared to other places! They are also on top of their covid precautions too! I can't wait for the pandemic is over so I can finally see those smiles that I know were beaming under those masks!
