You're very unprofessional. If you have an appointment with a particular technician - they put you with someone else to do the removal of the polish/fill first. Also do not use sanitized equipment. I gave it a second chance and went back for a 9 AM appointment with Sofia. At 12 minutes after nine I was told that she was still on the highway and if I wanted to go with someone else. I find this very unprofessional and I will not be returning. read more

Nina and Theresa are truly wonderful! I've had the pleasure of being their client for three years, and they always impress me with their excellent service. That said, last week I had a 12:00 appointment. Usually, when I walk in, the staff greets me and informs the technician that I have arrived. However, the owner was not there, and needless to say, none of the other technicians ever informed or looked up to see that I walk in, and they all know me. Theresa had no clue until she walked out to call me to see if I was coming that I was there for my appointment. I know if the owner had been there, this would not have happened. I went there the other day to get a dip. The technician barely spoke to me, would just tap things to instruct me, she cut me multiple times, my nails came out so thick and I am still pulling chunks of polish from under my nail. They were pushing for all the customers to go on their Facebook and Instagram, but when this tech was done she didn't push that on me (for obvious reasons). It is sad to pay $50 dollars for a service that you will have to go have someone else fix. Maybe it was a bad day or maybe it was just one horrible nail tech that they have, but I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I used to love this place when it was Nail Delight. Went there for years. It's now a "nail bar" and the quality went way down hill! During my pedicure the nail technician kept leaving to do a walk in brow and a few other things. My water was cold when she returned after ten minutes. She started again but left again. When she returned she rushed through my pedicure like my appointment inconvenienced her. I moved over to manicure right after. Different technician, same horrible service. A rush job. I will not return. I threw $80 away on that appointment. read more

Nancy is the best! I don't trust anybody else, and I drive 40 minutes every time because she's the best at doing my nails, especially with the designs. It's so beautiful in the nail salon too, and everybody is very kind and its a very quiet, relaxed atmosphere. read more

The staff is very friendly here, I will give them that. I usually get dip done here. The first time, they put on way too many layers. It was very thick and lumpy looking. The top clear coat chopped off after a few days. The second time, the clear coat on top chipped off the same day! They do not cut groom your cuticles when you get a dip mani, it's basically just a polish change. My most recent pedicure chipped after 4 days. read more

I got an acrylic manicure and the lady only did the nails and didn't even give me a manicure. she didn't even cut my cuticles and i still had to pay $45. the nail came out really nice, but i'm not quite sure why she didn't give me a manicure..... i'm impressed by the nails, and would want to go again if only the women gave me a manicure....which i still don't get why she would do that because i paid for an acrylic manicure. read more

After moving to the area I struggled to find a good nail salon and every time I had a chance to go to Nail Delight they were always busy. Eventually I smartened up and made an appointment with them. I am so thankful I did because I finally found a place that provides quality services. I typically book with Lindsay or Andy and my nails always come out great! On the occasion I get a design, it's exactly how I envisioned it. The pedicures are consistently good, no matter who does them. I would suggest booking an appointment if you don't have time to wait. The staff is friendly and the salon is clean. If for whatever reason I am not able to go to Nail Delight, I do not get my nails done. read more

UPDATE: STILL THE WORST. TWO MONTHS LATER & I've lost every single fingernail. They're incredibly thin & break really far down-so it hurts too much to pull it off AND they split vertically-like a paper cut splitting my nail in half. An actual professional is doing their best to help, but because the incompetent tech used the UV light in such a way that it both actually burned my fingers & nails AND (I dint find this out until later, the gel polish was applied to a layer of nail that shouldn't be exposed to the chemicals in the polish, so they're stained a hideous pink/red color that nothing can remove. it's going to require every nail to grow out entirely before they'll look anything close to normal. It takes 6-8 months for an entire nailbed to regrow. This place should have their license revoked. TERRIBLE. The absolute WORST service ever. The tech burned my nail with a Dremel tool, then proceeded to use a sandpaper file to remove polish & the top 5 layers of my nail beds (so they look & FEEL like bare concrete-eeewww). She finished by getting red GEL polish all over my fingers & not applying the color or top coat evenly-it looks like a 6 year old did this 'manicure'. . I also lost an entire nail bc it was slightly torn at the edge-I asked her to glue it but she also insisted on filing it down-that she'd 'dip' it. After she'd destroyed the rest of my nails, I asked her to fix it & she just shook her head & ignored my repeated requests to correct it. The tips of my nails are now ragged & sharp. Almost 2 hours for a simple gel polish change that was torture & so absolutely AWFUL that I'll spend months paying someone who's actually qualified to try & salvage what's left of my nails. read more

The best salon in the area by far! I've been going here religiously for almost a year! Everyone is so nice, I almost never have to wait, and you can tell they really care about the quality of your nails. I have acrylics and at every other salon I've been to I always end up with crooked nails and bubbles in the polish. I've had nothing but perfection from all of the technicians there. Don't even want to give this one star. Got my eyebrows done just asking for a clean up of the straggler hairs and she took off the bottom and top of my thick eyebrows to the point I don't even look like I have any. When I told her they were too thin she denied it even though I could see on the wax strips how much she took off. I told her I was not happy and she made me pay and was very snippy with me considering how she had obviously messed up my eyebrows. Would never go back and do not recommend at all for eyebrows or any waxing for that matter. read more

I went here on a Thursday night. I went in for a mani/pedi. They quickly sat me down in the pedi chair and I waited for the person next to me to be completed before I was started. I thought that $40 for a mani/pedi was quite expensive for the place I was at, but I had no choice. I needed my nails done in a pinch and my regular salon was closed. The girl that worked on me was obliviously new and had no clue how to give a pedi. She scrubbed my feet for maybe 30 seconds, didn't clean under my nails and didn't file. I should have just got up and left, but stupid me.... I stayed. She finished my pedi and started the mani . Again, I should of known.... same problem. This time she didn't even massage my hands. So, pretty much I paid $40 for the worst mani/pedi of my life. I have been to a lot of places. This one was the worst. When I told the salon manger how my feet were still rough and my hands looked like a 5y/o painted them she just looked at me. When I asked her if the girl was new she said yes. I asked if someone else could fix my nails and scrub my feet she said NO! I was beyond aggravated. I asked her again very nicely if someone could fix my nails, she again said no and then told me next time we give you different person. (like I am going back) I told her I wanted a refund for not providing the right service, just my luck she said no. The next day I had to go back to my regular Weymouth salon and spend another $30 (with tip) on getting my nails done correctly. Maybe because it's the only nail place in Hanson, they think they don't have to provide good service and people will still just come back. Good Luck if you're going to try them out. Please don't go here! It's gross. It wreaks of chemicals from a lack of ventilation. They are ANCIENT and filthy. Their pedi chair's old and the massage is very uncomfortable.The tubs that you're expected to soak your feet in are stained brown water. I literally had an anxiety attack when I saw this.. I would NOT recommend this place if you care at all about cleanliness. After they sat me down on the pedi chair and waited for a while when i about to get up and walked out. They quicky told the old lady to came over to started me, at first i thought she was a cleaning lady.Cause i was watching her cleaning up every tubs after they done. I kinda felt bad for her at the moment. But ohh no she hurted me so bad the way she cut my cuticle and the way she performed my pedi you could tell she's new while she did my pedi the girl and the boy i assumed are her boss kept speaking in their language and tell her what to do with an angry tone(so sad)to be honest i dont think she even had a Manicures Licence. My toes killing me for a few days now. They dont care if you're happy or not they just want to rip you off. For the record they should not have someone who doesnt know how to do anything to practice on you.Absolutely the WORST WORST place I've ever been!
