He did not acknowledge my complaint. I then asked if I could deal with another agent as I was unhappy with his attitude, and got a response back that said "My applauses". I think he meant apologies but who knows? This took three days while my dad's body lay in the morgue. He didn't answer my question about whether or not it was too late to go with a different company. Luckily I hadn't signed anything and went with a different funeral home. I am still shocked at how abysmally I was treated at one of the worst times in my life.
