Yes there is the frozen stuff, of which a wide variety to choose from is available. But there's also some from a local company in box Hill. This fridge or fridges for the dumplings is on the right hand side. Essentially, this amounts to an good qaulity Asian grocery with other bits and bobs for you to buy and take home. There are some good finds here, but I suppose it all depends on what exactly you seek. I recommend this place for at home dumplings time. Given that it's heading into winter soon this will become a frequent and common place scenario.

Whilst the market business owners and sales staff are only too happy to help you out and teach you a thing or two in Glenroy, this upper class gourmet Indian spice store is intimidating, if you know what you want and need you'll be fine, but don't expect the arrogant people who work here to help you out, or in fact know anything more than you do. Stocking a wide range of Middle Eastern and Indian herbs, spices and groceries at exorbitant prices; they get an extra star for the beautiful curries and tradish Indian dishes (butter chicken, masala, naan breads) available for takeaway. The shop is small but there's a homey feel about it maybe because of the ajumma who is very nice and will greet you with a small the minute you walk in. Looks a little less welcoming from the outside, but it is very modern inside. Its built into the first floor of a parking lot. Its fairly new, it appeared in mid 2017. Located right next to the Beautiful Launderette, is Korea Kim Chi Asian Grocers. They are one of the few Asian grocers that I am aware of in Fitzroy and on Brunswick Street. Although they are a Korean grocers, they seem to have pretty much anything Asian. Their prices are also pretty cheap too and in some cases a fair bit cheaper than Coles. You can also get hold of alcohol here so the stock is really varied. The people who run it are always really smiley and friendly.

Great for if you are having a party and need to stock up on finger food and dips etc, as the stuff is ready to eat and you'll save a bunch of great food that people are most likely going to devour whilst drunk. Basically, if you don't know how it works, NQR get regular brands of food, drinks, groceries and alcohol and sell them really cheap. These are brands you'll know of that might only have a month left on the expiry, or wound up here because they weren't selling well. However they get here is none of my business, all I'm concerned about is the fun of finding bizarre food items and buying them.
