I have a groomer that works here we love that we kept going back to, but the pricing and appointment time is crazy. Last appointment with my large dog, the appointment was for 9am, I asked if our dog would be done around 12pm. The reception lady rudely replied, this is a large dog. We have 4 large dogs in the back. Large dogs take time. Maybe the dog will be done around 3. I'm sorry? I made an appointment, it is not my fault or my dog's fault that you overbooked. Received a call shortly after asking about fleas, our dog is on meds from the vet so no fleas. They said they may need to charge more for fleas if they find one. The dog has no fleas. Got a call at 2 to pick the dog up. 5 hours later. When I make an appointment, I should not need to wait for their overbooking issues. 5 hours for the dog to be groomed? Nor be called about fleas the dog does not have and be threatened I'm to be charged more. $150 for a 65 pound dog to be groomed. Since then, I have been to 2 other groomers with the dog just to see the difference in timing and price and neither have been as terrible in timing or pricing. The other locations recognize appointment times and do not take 5 hours. In fact, picked my large dog up after 2 hours. Not 5 2 hours and $80 with tip, at the most with the others. Unfortunately we will not be back here. We do hate to leave the employee here we really liked. read more

They shaved the long hair off of my poodles ears and tail, something that is never done to any poodle or poodle mix. I combed out his ears the night before grooming, but they said they couldn't get a comb through it so they shaved him. When I explained I brush them every night and had no problem the night before, they said I'm using the wrong kind of comb. How ridiculous, obviously I'm livid...it's going to take 3 years for it to grow back. They were just too lazy to groom his ears correctly or didn't know how to and just shaved them. Then they had the nerve to be incredulous about it, lies right to my face. Stay away if you have a poodle or any dog that you need a teddy bear face or the correct cut for your breed, they mutilated my poor little doggy. Can't even tell he's a poodle anymore. read more

I've been using this Groomer (specifically Toni (sp)) to trim my GSD service dog's nails for over a year now. I initially had a young lady trim his nails but watching her struggle & seeing my partner in discomfort wasn't good. In the second go Ms Toni saved the day. Her experience clearly showed as she knew the anatomy & joint articulation of dogs & he didn't wince at her fine work. We used to go to the twin ladies that visited different pet shops in the valley as that's what they did & do it well. Now when I walk my dog, Zeus, we try & make a monthly visit to her. She has aided Zeus in being a bit more comfortable around being handled other than the vet. She also express' him for a small additional fee. Glad I found it & will continue using them unless I move or service deteriorates-i don't see either happening anytime soon. read more

I love this place. When I take my little guy in he gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. He gets very scared due to who used to groom him so for him to get excited makes me happy. Also they know he needs a little bit extra time and they don't mind keeping him a little bit longer than normal to make sure he's done right love it I recommend them to all of my friends read more

I have been patronizing this dog grooming salon since I moved to the Rogue Valley in 2010. They were great with my late senior Golden boy Trooper. My girl Quinn (an English Cream colored Golden Retriever) is highly nervous, and an overall anxious dog since she was a puppy. They always take really good care of her and she loves the socialization she receives from visiting with the other dogs there. Quinn has skin allergies and she has improved so much with an extra soak that was especially formulated by one of the employees in the shop. I highly recommend this dog grooming parlor and their prices are very reasonable after living in a big city, Austin, TX!! read more

Obi is 12 years old and has severe anxiety. He started crying and struggling as soon as she started trimming his nails, so I asked her if I could come over and comfort him he does a lot better. She said no if you could step outside he will be fine. As soon as i started for the door he started screaming like literally screaming.... He was so scared. But since shes the professional i went ahead and stepped outside. I could hear him screaming, i dont know any other way to describe it. So I came back in and I said may I please come over And comfort him? The other groomers let me and he does fine if I can just talk to him and Put my hand on his head. She said no please go outside he was doing fine when you were out there. I said no he wasn't he was screaming hes terrified. She said again please go out he will be fine. I went out again he continued and was in so much distress. I as I went back in again she was finishing and handed him to me. I said never mind on the 2nd dog I'll take her somewhere else. And I don't understand why you wouldn't let me comfort my dog. She said he did find that you were outside and I replied no he didn't! I could hear him crying, she said yes, but he wasn't struggling and trying to get to you. I said, yes, it was easier for YOU but harder on my dog. She said, i know my job and I wanted to try something else. I said I did give you a chance to try "something else: and it didn't work. And you still would not allow me to comfort my dog. It's obvious that you care more about your own convenience than the actual well being of the dog. was adopted late in in life 8 years old. note: Obi was adopted late in life, 8 years old. I have no idea what he endured before me and it was heartbreaking to hear him crying, he was terrified. the fact that she would not allow me to reassure him was cold and uncaring. read more

Love this place. I've been going here for several years. If the dogs are good with other dogs, they get to roam around with each other instead of being kenneled. Just over a year ago, I adopted a temperamental guy who nips and is mostly terrified (towards people, not other dogs) They took him in without batting an eye and he did fantastic. I was relieved that they were willing to work with him. I sure wouldn't trust anywhere else! read more

This place was recommended by several people. I have to Update my review. The pros are they are super nice and greAt with our little dog. She gets a decent cut too. The cons are that they are just disorganized and not a well oiled machine. The first time I brought her They forgot to write down her appointment and did not have her down even though I scheduled it at least 2 weeks Ahead of time. I had to call them a couple of times to convince them to take her. Then we attempted to take her again recently and her appointment was for 9 am. We got there and no one was there to open the shop. Myself and several others waited for 45 min and no staff ever showed up. I later called because we never got a call back ( 3 hours later) and they explained one of them overslept by accident and the other ones car broke down. These things are understandable, but who is in charge of this place? Since we don't live in town we do not like their unreliability. There was no discount or anything offered. They did apologize for messing up our scheduled day. We have decided we have to cross them off our list even though they are good groomers, but being organized, somewhat timely and customer service orientated are also important. read more

Love this place. Reasonable prices, but most importantly the staff knows what they are doing. My dogs are not freaked out when we go there. It smells and looks clean and the dogs that have been groomed look great. Mine are short hair, so no need for that, but we get their nails trimmed regularly. The girls take their time and clip then use the dremel tool to smooth them out. Very gentle with the animals. read more
